The house was the perfect location close to restaurants and Beach and a short uber to the stadium to see the game. House had a very spacious lay out was perfect for not feeling claustrophobic. The screened in porch was great for a bug free outdoor experience. Beth was over the top available for any questions and extremely helpful through the whole booking process. I would 100% book here again.

This was a great spot tucked in just behind all the hot spots in Gulfport. Easy walking distance to all that Gulfport offers. Clean and well maintained house, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 full baths, great kitchen, open concept with a couple of nice outdoor sitting areas. I highly recommend this place and plan to use it again.

From start to finish we can’t say it any better than we would love to rent the Dolphin House again in a heartbeat. Loved being able to walk to everything Gulfport has to offer. The owners have supplied everything you will need and the house was super nice. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay at Dolphin House, this time for two weeks. The layout is great, particularly if your group includes extended family (as ours did) or friends. And if you like to cook, you will find a well equipped kitchen. This property is quiet, but is also close to the Gulfport restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our morning walks (working off those vacation calories) in the neighborhood. It is a quick drive to downtown St. Pete and everything it has to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to stay again! The property is perfectly located for us, bring able to get either to the beach or downtown St Pete within 10 mins. It's also walkable to the downtown / waterfront area of Gulfport. The house is laid out well and even though we were only two adults and one pup, it's a great space for a family for sure. We loved having laundry on site too. The host was excellent to deal with and we liked the high tech feature of being able to communicate via the digital wall panel. Never seen that before but we want one for our own vacation rental! We loved our stay so much that we extended it and will certainly book again.

The Dolphin House is an amazing property located in an inclusive and diverse artist community. It was spotless without feeling sterile. You just wanted to take your shoes off and relax, which is the whole point of a vacation after all. The owner has thought of everything when stocking this home and even came up with something’s you didn’t know you needed. One innovation is the wall mounted electronic concierge kiosk. You check in and check out using this device and it also offers you suggestions for your stay. St Pete Beach is a short 15 minutes away or the less crowded community beach is at the end of the street. I would definitely stay here again. This house is a winner when it comes to vacation rentals.

The house was very nice and in a great location for walking to town, to restaurants, and to the beach.

The property was awesome! Lots of room for our family. The split layout was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were all comfortable. The backyard was great for grilling. Literally one block from all the restaurants, bars, etc. We enjoyed going to Caddy's! Great establishment with drinks, food and heard some wonderful bands. Watched the fireworks, and also had a great italian dinner. Went to the ice cream shop and was wonderful as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

While baby was sleeping in the front of the house, grown ups could visit in the back of the house without worry of waking her. Same was true in the morning, grandma and grandpa slept in the back bedroom and didn’t even realize baby and her dad were awake. We definitely plan to stay here for future family vacations. Shout out to Beth and her team for recommending Pack Less, Play More for baby gear rental. We rented a crib, high chair and stroller. Made life so much easier. Stay here to recharge and relax.
