This is truly Beach Front Paradise like you’ve never seen before. Come sit on the huge water front deck and feel the breeze of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Vast open beach and Gulf views that are endless and you can watch the surfers having a blast surfing the blue waves of Surfside Beach. White sandy beach directly in front of the house, come put your toes in this beautiful white sand. Sit in this beautifully decorated large living room and enjoy the view of the water and the listen and see the waves through the many glass windows and doors the surround this beautiful 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with flat screen TV in the living room. . We welcome special groups, Proms, weddings, church and corporate retreats, "Special rates may apply". Special holidays such as Memorial day, 4th of July, labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas... Etc have minimum nights required and special holiday rates. Custom bunk beds with top of the line hybrid 10 to12" mattresses to have the best night sleep ever. 2 modern bathrooms with bath tubs that are clean and equipped. Very large fully equipped kitchen with the all cooking utensils, pots and pans, microwave, range, everything you need to have a very comfortable stay and to cook your favorite meals for your guests. Custom made large island with granite counter tops and an additional large dinning table for your guests to enjoy a great delicious meal together. Pets are welcome in our home for an additional pet fee for ALL pets brought on the property. Pet fees are determined based upon the breed and weight of the pet. Make our home your home away from home and enjoy the tranquility Surfside Beach offers their guests.

Overall good time. Nice and close to the beach. Owners responded very quickly even on the holiday. Water tastes off so bring bottled water is the only thing i could say. For the cost amazing time.

We had a family gathering and enjoyed our trip, mainly because we refused to let the rental disappointments ruin our trip. The front balcony is what attracted our attention, but loose spindles on the railing made it impossible to be out there with our toddler. Just fyi, the fees doubled the cost of the rental, and we had to clean the unit ourselves before we left. The house is a little worn and could use updates. It was first advertised as a 7/3 when I booked it, and later changed to 5/3. There were still plenty of bunk beds to sleep everyone, so no big deal for us. The third bath is just a rinse off shower outside and we couldn’t open the door. The bedroom carpets need replacing or at least steam cleaned. The water is not drinkable as it tastes and smells like straight ocean water. Our biggest disappointment was that we were told that we could walk straight out front and be on the sand. In reality, we were at the sea wall and had no convenient way to get down as the walkover was unusable. I don’t know if the tide was up or if the water is always up to the sea wall, but we had to drive down to the drive-on beach a couple of miles down. Not a big deal, but we worked around it. We stayed 4 nights, but won’t rent that unit if we go back. I know that some of these issues were because of my own choices. And some, the owner can’t control. There was a no cancellation policy.

I felt the property was pretty neglected. Light bulbs out, the shower was a mess. Hair in the shower. The outdoor shower was a joke.

My family and l stayed here for a of couple days. The check in process could've been more smooth. We didn't receive the check in code until after 4pm, which was check in time, and we only received it because l ended up reaching out to the owners once 4pm came and went. The property is nice and at a nice location. It's very convenient being able to just walk across straight to the beach. Only one room has a fan, and one room seems to not get any AC as that specific room stayed extremely hot throughout our stay. At one point we lost water. We're not sure what caused it but after an hour or so it came back, so wasn't too big of a deal. The house was clean besides one stained pillow case. There was a broken table on the balcony, and the place could use a new paint job. Overall this place was a good stay for my family and l for just a couple of days, but for the price l feel there should've been more.

The house accommodated us with beds to spare. The house was great and Layla and her husband were very responsive to our every need. Would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Layla and Hubby!

We had a great time with our prayer group. The place was cozy and conducive to our retreat. We made great memories at this beautiful home . The view from the beach was very relaxing and the even if the weather was chilly at that time, our kids had a great time playing in the sand. The property was nice and comfortable. The view was great. There was a very large deck to sit around and visit and plenty of sleeping space inside. There were stores conveniently close. It was my first time in that area and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for Our Family Vacation
We booked this property for a family vacation (there were 13 of us total), and everyone had a fantastic time. There was plenty of space for all members to be comfortable for sleeping, eating and just hanging out playing games.
There was easy access to the beach, and the deck was perfect for having morning coffee and watching the sun come up.
There was a small 'glitch' with the check-in, however, it was easily resolved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider for our next trip to the beach.

The entire rental experience was great except for one issue. The water pressure was very minimal. It was tough to shower. Fix that issue and the property is 5 stars.

House has lots of room for a big group. Beds are super comfortable. Beach access is a short walk down the road. Sitting on the deck with the sound of the waves was delightful.

Wonderful Weekend
We were moved to a different house at the last minute but that didn’t put a damper on our fun weekend! We got to celebrate my parents 60th anniversary right on the beach instead of having to walk 2 blocks to get to the beach, which was a win! The house was a bit smaller but it worked out perfectly! The owner always responded to me promptly. It was overall a wonderful weekend!!

Great home on the beach!
This home has a great location and easily accommodated our large family. There was a minor issue with the AC when we first arrived, but the property owners had it handled immediately!
It was a little disappointing that there was barely repaired damage to the drywall in most of the rooms. Also, for the cost per night, we had expected a little more in the way of kitchen utensils (like a full set of pots & pans and not many tiny pans).
Those things are just minor inconveniences and didn't actually deter from our stay at all. The AC worked, the beds were comfy, it's right on the beach, and the owners were responsive and accommodating!

Great location & spacious!
I looked into this property for a weekend getaway and it was great! The house is very spacious, my group and I are we’re comfortable. The house has a great location a few steps from the beach. Property manager responds in a timely manner which I really appreciated. I would recommend or book again!

5 bedrooms and not 7. I’m not sure who did the counting there.
Paid ridiculous amount for beach towels and mainstay bed sheets that weren’t on the bed ($400 linen fee). Refridgerator was all busted up inside and couldn’t support much more than a loaf of bread.
Worst of all was that there was no hot water our entire trip. 14 guys that we’re looking forward to showering after a long day of fishing.
