Nestled in Avon, this attractive house for $828 per night is a great choice for your next break. OCEANVIEW Avon - Ocean Isle Loop Spend your vacation with MISS CAPE MAY. This elite home in Ocean Isle Estates offers all the upscale amenities, furnishings and little touches to awaken your family's fond memories of vacations on the shore. Enjoy a leisurely walk to the ocean, or spend some time with the family by the sparkling private pool. Nearby there's a convenient outdoor cabana bath by the outside shower on the adjacent covered porch with relaxing hot tub. Step inside and remain entertained in the game room with the pool table, TV/BluRay player and full size refrigerator in the laundry room. There is a bedroom with queen bed and semi-private bathroom, a bedroom with two sets of bunks and a queen master bedroom on this level as well. Climb upstairs and you'll find the airy great room conveniently on the mid-level of the home. The well-equipped kitchen is sure to delight any chef with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, top of the line cookware, and ample elbow room to prepare the most wonderful gourmet meals. The gracious dining area makes every meal a banquet and the living area is the ideal place to stretch out after a long day at the beach in front of the BOSE home theater system with flat screen HDTV. Also on this level is a convenient half bath and a queen master suite with tiled shower, soothing Jacuzzi tub, sitting room and walk-in closet. Drift up to the top level and you'll find a king master bedroom and a queen master bedroom, each with a private deck to enjoy a peaceful island breeze. All bedrooms come equipped with iPhone lightning chargers and clock radios. With a tranquil setting combined with modern amenities, MISS CAPE MAY welcomes you with the best the Cape has to offer. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email.
