Nothing really!

The whole experience was bad. The only elevator was out of order, who knows for since when. We had to carry our stuff up to the 2nd level. Our room was not clean properly. There was not a shower curtain, after a quick shower every where gets wet! Blackout curtains were fixed and we didn’t have a dark room for a comfy sleep. The phone was not functional either. Above all the guy at the reception this morning was so rude! He asked how was our experience and after I told him about all the above, he even did not say “I’m sorry” ! Not a simple apology. Location was not good either.

The pillows was so small, the breakfast was not that good. Phones did not work in the room.

Only things we liked was the indoor heated pool was nice and we were the only ones in there so we had it to ourselves, and the breakfast was great and there was a lot to choose from.

The beds were stiff, the shower handle was broke so you couldn't adjust it to the temp you wanted, the elevator worked the day we checked in but then was broken again the next morning after having been "fixed" the day before.so whoever "fixed " it was an idiot..so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs with 2 kids and luggage. Also there was someone blasting music on their TV from 3 am to 6 am which caused us to get no sleep. Is there no quiet hour?! The fridge also didn't work and some of the lamps didn't either. Also the parking lot was covered in ice and I about fell every time. Horrible it wasn't treated!! I will pay more to stay somewhere nicer next time!!
