Walk off the property into your own private setting with no neighbors to the right for 100 yards, complete with beach and tide pools. There is a private access gate with about 7 steps down to the very private beach and tide pool area. Relax, soak up the sun in the yard or on the beach, or enjoy surfing, SUP, swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing, kayaking, hiking, fishing and more right in your front yard. We have great tide pool searching directly to the side of the property and wonderful beach glass and shell hunting all over the beach. Note that during winter months, the beach/sandy area will come and go as bigger ocean swells visit the north shore of the island. November through February are also great times of year to catch a surf competition at nearby Waimea Bay, Pipeline, or Sunset Beach. Whale watch from the living room during the winter months and swim with sea turtles and tropical fish in the summer months.
