The location couldn’t be any better. You are right in the heart of town, and you are just minute walks from everywhere. The condo is very spacious and well furnished. All of the furniture was extremely comfortable and in great condition. The Roku TV was a plus, but the balcony was the most relaxing place to be. We could not of asked for a better place to stay.

I am struggling to say anything good. But that’s because I want to keep it my little secret!! This place is awesome! Roomy, comfortable and without any doubt the best location in Mt. Dora, and I have tried a few. Everything you need is here, the description is spot on, so no unpleasant surprises. The host is great, and the business neighbors are too! So like, don’t tell anyone, OK?

This was a wonderful place to stay. Right in town, close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed 1 dinner there and 2 breakfast meals. We only stayed 2 nights, and I was sad to leave when we did. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place, roomy living area sand the balcony was a plus! Had morning coffee and evening people watching!

This is a great place that is well kept and clean. You are right in the downtown of Mt Dora which makes it super convenient. We are definitely going there again.

The unit is ideally located to explore Mt. Dora. Highly recommend the place.

Location was great,short walk to everything. It was a beautiful place to stay.Very easy to contact someone for any questions or concerns.Would definitely like to stay there again.

My husband and I had a great weekend here. The location is great and we were able to park our car at one spot and walk everywhere while we were there. Lots of great local restaurants and bars to enjoy. We will be back with our kids to enjoy the bunk beds.

It was a wonderful experience we will try and book again.

The beds were not made and there were no sheets or towels in the unit…. There is absolutely no communication between the owner and the guests

Comfortable two bedrooms. Our original room had not been made up but the larger one across the hall had been so it was substituted. Well equipped. Good wifi, but TV only played one provider and we couldn't figure out how to get cable if it was available. Next door to a great English pub so can be noisy at night in some bedrooms. Note in the one we didn't get, one bedroom had no windows. This was a great place to stay but be sure you know the set up of the bedrooms.

We have stayed at this place quite a few times because the location is perfect, the layout of the condo is good, the king size bed and living room furniture is comfy. And we love the community. Unfortunately the last two times we stayed we arrived to a place that had not been cleaned. The first time we called an after hours number and they sent someone right away while we went to dinner. This time, no one called back from any of the three numbers that were provided. We were going to clean the place ourselves as we did not want to give up the location as it was an art festival weekend that we had been looking forward to for months. I will say a nearby business owner did check on us. He was kind, professional and apologetic on behalf of the owner. He had someone quickly clean most of the place for us. It was not her responsibility, but she did it anyway and for that we are grateful. We are still waiting to hear back from the property owner.

Had problem contacting property manager. In the end, they took great care of us. Owner of nearby store was awesome and helpful.

We had a difficult time getting the access code from the host; and vrbo did not help us at all. The TV didn't work from day 1 and host did not solve problem, despite repeated requests. We arranged ourselves for cable company rep. to come to apartment and resolve problem. There is no dedicated parking space for this property, so we often had to park several blocks away. Little problems such as the lack of a sink plug in the bathroom and lack of potholders in the kitchen were annoying. Major appliances and climate control worked well, and the apartment is nicely furnished.

There are no dedicated parking spots for the Cottages, so when it's a festival weekend and they close off the street in front of the cottages, you have to drop your stuff off and drive to an open steet and walk back. We could only find an open street 7 blocks away. Parking is the only downside.

Excellent Property , perfect location across from Park. Great for the Christmas weekend. Music until 10 PM at city Christmas tree. Loved staying there
