Price of this VRBO was so inexpensive that we expected it would be sub par - it exceeding our expectations so much that one of my friends hopes to rent for her other friends and we all have passed along our great experience. Spacious and equipped with all you need and more! Quick walk to downtown. THANK YOU!!

We love staying at this place! Lots of room to stretch out. The kitchen table is big enough for all of my extended family to gather around Already booked next year.

My sisters, mom, and I stayed with our kids. The house had plenty of space for all 11 of us. It was a short walk to downtown and not too long of a walk to the beach if you didn't carry too much:) The drive to the beach is minutes. We enjoyed the back patio in the evening too. It is so nice that this house is available for only a few nights. Most houses in South Haven require 7 nights, which isn't what we needed or wanted. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was perfect for two families! The neighborhood was great to bike around and go to the park and beach. Easy to walk on the main road to the downtown area. Lots of space for all.

This house far exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our needs. We all came from other States and this house proved to be the perfect gathering place. It was close to everything we needed. It was so spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean. Richard Riggs was so accommodating to our needs and very responsive to my questions. We definitely recommend this house if you are planning a trip to South Haven.

This was a great house to stay in. We had intended to have 4 households on a family vacation but only 2 family groups could make it. There was so much space, it would have been fantastic with all four groups, one per bedroom. It was such a short walk to downtown, like 3 blocks, and a bit longer to South Beach. We walked to the end of the pier from the house every evening to see the sunset, so if you like to walk, it's doable. All kitchen amenities were there. Loved the grill, very easy to use after reading directions. Very clean place upon arrival. Only thing is the bathroom showers didn't have soap or shampoo, which I've just come to expect while traveling, but this is my first time in a VRBO. Not a problem, just different. Couches were very comfortable. I have a 15 month old and there were toys in both the living room and the large bedroom for him to play with. It was a pleasant surprise since that wasn't in the description or pictures. I also recommend taking new pictures for the listing since some of them on the listing are blurry and it made me worried about what we were actually getting, and I was delighted they the house turned out not sketchy at all, but very welcoming, clean and nothing weird. I will note it's on an alley driveway and is a corner lot with no backyard which at first concerned me when I arrived, but it was totally fine and we never had any issues at all with the alley. The house faces a busy main road, but that's bc it's so close to downtown.

We have stayed at many different properties in Downtown South Haven over the years and this was by far our favorite. The BEST location (less than 2 blocks to the heart of downtown) and the house has all the amenities you could ever need. It’s actually even nicer in person than in pics! Richard was extremely communicative and made check in and out extremely easy! We already booked our next stay!

My friends and I are all flute players, we became friends playing our flutes together and live in different parts of MI and Chicago. We love getting together to play our flutes and enjoy each other’s company.

This property was the perfect location, walking distance to downtown. Property was clean , comfortable and we would definitely book this property again!

Our group (4 friends) stayed here for a spring weekend birthday celebration. The location is a very close walk to downtown shopping, coffee etc. The home is huge. It was very clean and well stocked. It would be perfect for a large family traveling together. We felt very safe in the neighborhood also. Communication with the owner was very easy and efficient and we even got a late checkout which was awesome. This house was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again!

Richard was so responsive, helpful and friendly. The house itself is nicely decorated, clean and spacious. There were a lot of pots/pans/dishes and cleaning supplies. It was about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area so a great location as well. We loved the front porch and back deck. We would for sure stay here again if we find ourselves in South Haven!

The house was everything advertised. Plenty of space, well stocked and just a couple minute walk to downtown.

This South Haven house was wonderful. Its location is right on the main street into downtown, just a couple blocks from all the downtown shopping and restaurants. Very convenient parking, a deck in back and front porch combined to make relaxing easy even for a sizable group. Walking another block or two past the shopping gets you to the water, and the sidewalks along the channel were just terrific. Lake Michigan is awesome! We always get a bit crafty, so the kitchen area was a fave spot with a large table and plenty of work space. The kitchen had full amenities, appliances were operational, and supplies were at hand. The bedrooms are comfy and there was plenty of room, with a bathroom on each floor. The living areas were furnished with comfortable seating and space for gathering. The owner was responsive and check-in/out very efficient. We enjoyed our stay!

Gathering of friends from Wintering in TX years ago. Location was wonderful and we could walk easily to shop downtown. House was perfect for being together with several areas to sit & chat!!!

High schools friends and myself stayed. Was within walking distance of downtown and the beach. Plenty of room. Parking space awesome. No trouble finding the house. Was very relaxing.

This was a lovely, well kept home, close to Downtown South Haven, with place for car parking for 3-4 cars. Our family and friends of 10, including seniors and young children enjoyed it very much.

This was our 2nd year of staying at this house. I reserved it for this year while staying last year. Loved this house...our family felt really comfortable here. The owner responds to any questions you have right away. We hope to stay here again in the future

Great location for visiting several different towns. Lots of room for everyone. Would definitely book again!

This property is well maintained and close to everything! We walked to a lot of the places we wanted to visit. They also have golf carts to rent and we thought that would be fun on our next visit.

It was a really pretty home.The beds were comfortable ,sheets and towels were nice. Plenty of room. Very close to town, restaurants and the beach. The host was very nice and responsive. Only things I didn't like was that it was on the main road and noisy. Also no backyard except the deck which was very nice. Overall, very nice house

We loved our trip to South Haven! This was a perfect location to walk into town, get to the beach, splash pad, coffee, restaurants etc. We had two families with 4 kids between the two and we had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable and happy. Communication was easy and everything we needed was there. We especially appreciated the extra effort to have things for kids, like books and toys. We had a blast and hope to stay again on our next trip!

We’d been to Southaven before and loved it so much we wanted our daughter her husband and grandkids, and my son to come too. The house we rented was great and so was dealing with the owner. My 4 yr. old grandson asked us when leaving if we could come back next year! He wanted to come back to the same house. The beaches are spectacular and clean. We also ate out a lot.
