CLEAN BED PROMISE Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest. PARKING Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from The Oasis at Orange Beach. Clean, updated, beautiful, modern condo with lots of space and all the essentials. Would 100% stay here again.

The unit is huge & super comfortable. Our group of 5 (3 adults & 2 kiddos) had plenty of space to spread out. The separate ice maker is perfect! A few more wash cloths & lamps in the living area would have been helpful, but that’s really the only thing I would improve. The overhead light in the living area is really bright. I read many reviews of the elevators taking forever, but I’m glad to report that we did not have that issue. The longest we ever waited for one was 1 minute. I think it helped that we arrived right when the masses had left for back to school. We enjoyed the lazy river very much and the kids loved the pools, slide & splash pad. Ike’s beach service was easy to work with to rent chairs & umbrellas. We would definitely consider this unit next time we come back!

Hands down the best condo we have booked in Orange Beach so far. This is our 2nd year in a row at the Phoenix West ll and we will never stay anywhere else! The room was gorgeous, had everything we needed and felt so homey and cozy. The view of the beach from the balcony was the best part! My 13 year old daughter and her cousin had the best time during our stay. 10/10 recommend this property and Liquid Life Rental company!

Great place to stay with amenities for the kids. Easy access to beach. The patio furniture was awesome; great place to eat dinner and drink your morning coffee. Would 100% stay there again.

The. Property turned out to be great, considering that we did not get to preview it since our original rental was cancelled two days prior and our stay was shifted to this property which did give us quite a bit of stress!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo, it was a very short stay but perfect for what we needed. The balcony was so cozy and so was the couch. We would absolutely return to this condo. The pool and beach area was of course very busy, but everything you need is either on site or extremely close. You cannot go wrong with this condo.

We spent our nights comfortable on the balcony in the sectional watching shooting stars and most of our meals were shared there listening to waves rolling in.

Beautiful condo on the beach
The property was right on the beach. You have to take an elevator down which got pretty busy during the day with sometimes a 20 minute wait. The water and sand was perfect, never too crowded. We did go ahead and pay to reserve beach chairs. The AC wasn’t working with average temps being 79 inside but we are from TX so we could deal.

Beautiful Decorated Condo on the 19th floor. This condo had all the amenities you needed for cooking, entertainment and a bar with an iice maker.4full bath, very roomy, Big TV’s in each room. Living room couch can sleep 3 people comfortably.Horrible problem with elevators only 5 on each floor and this condo has 32 or 34 floors.. be prepared to wait for an elevator for 15 minutes are more.Huge Property, but only has elevator on one side.The air conditioning in this property wasn’t sufficient, air wouldn’t get under 76 the entire duration of the stay. Called maintenance still didn’t work I would recommend this property, but management definitely needs to work on the elevator. Horrible internet connections.. phones couldn’t call out or receive messages, you had to go to different parts of the building to get reception. The elevators, internet connection and the air conditioning system was the worst and frustrating part of staying in Phoenix West 11. If you could move this condo to another location it would be perfect.The condo is not the issue it’s the property.

This condo is beautiful and large. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The ocean was gorgeous (crystal clear) for the week we were there and the beach attendants were great. Parking is easy and close to the building. My only complaint is the horrible elevators. We were there during the busy 4th of July holiday and it often took a really long time to get an elevator. It was so bad that there was a line of over 50 people waiting on an elevator one day to get up from the beach. Since this condo is on the 19th floor, walking the stairs in not ideal. Maybe this isn't a problem during slower times, but beware if you have someone old or fragile in your group that can't easily wait in long lines.

This was “hands down” the best condo rental in the past 30+ years of visiting gulf shores/orange beach area! Perfect bed arrangement, interior furnishings, and balcony furnishings. It felt like home with a beach/pool/lazy River bonus! We had a wide range of kiddos and they ALL were comfortable and entertained. Thank you!

This would be a five star place if the place had air conditioning that worked , I called management twice Maintenance came out said nothing was wrong , the temp stayed between 76-78 and was set on 71 , actually had to open the doors to the hall way and put out a box fan to somewhat cool the place . That is my only complaint is how humid and hot the condo stayed . Went to a neighbors condo on the same floor and their place was chilled. Would stay again and recommend if this issue was resolved.

This was our second stay with Liquid Life and we were disappointed in several broken features of this condo. Washer and dryer barely worked. A maintenance man checked them on our second day and told us he would be back shortly with loaner W/D. 9 days later, we never saw him. The ice maker was also broken. Several people “looked” at it, declaring it was working, yet we never saw ice during our 9 days. Also, the bunk beds in the kids room were broken. We spent more time reporting issues to Liquid Life, than enjoying our vacation.

Good location! Property needs more repairs. Lights were out in Master bedroom and Toilet overflow in the hallway. Some pillows were dirty. The mattresses were noise in the kids room. Overall we enjoyed!

My family and I had an amazing stay at tho condo. There was seven of us and we all had plenty of room and weren't on top of each other. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. My kids loved the bunk beds and enjoyed playing with the large Jenga blocks that were there. The beach was very nice and very clean. We had a day when the waves were way too rough to enjoy being on the beach but the condo has an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a splash pad, water slide,and lazy river so we never miss out on any fun. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

The downside was the Jacuzzi did not work, We had 100 remotes and could only get 2 TVs out of 4 to work. If you have more than 6 people bring towels.
