Stand alone, private guest cottage. Beautiful & cozy. Remodeled Kitchen with granite counter tops tile back splash. New furnishings and new beds with down comforters. No pets. Private home with beautiful views of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Less than 10 minutes to Alta & Snowbird ski resorts. Close to Brighton and Park City skiing as well. Newly refinished and ready for your relaxing vacation. Enjoy the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall. Easy walk to the Bus / Park and ride to both Alta & Snowbird resorts. Access to Hot tub and BBQ grill. Gazebo area. Living area with large HD TV, bluRay and direct TV with movie channels, Dining area, Washer & Dryer, Full bathroom on the main level. 1 bedroom on main and 1 large bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bathroom. Loft has a twin size bed, comfy love seat, 32 inch HD TV with BluRay and lots of DVD's. Ski storage. Gas stove, Microwave, Granite countertops, coffee maker, Ninja Blender, complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and Tea.

This is a great set up for skiers who want to be close to the slopes. The spaces are a little tight but the rental fee is accordingly lower than most two bedroom accommodations. The owners are easily accessable and friendly and make you feel right at home. No pets policy is a plus for those of us with allergies!

The Ivy Cottage was perfect for my two skiing buddies. Hap all the amenities we could need. Great access to Little Cottonwood Canyon. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is amazing—- 17mins to Alta, and very convenient to get to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The cottage is so cute and charming, well maintained and decorated. The owners are very thoughtful to have pretty much everything you need in the house, including toys for toddlers…My husband and I first stayed in 2019, and this time we came with our 4-year old. It’s a perfect property for our family skiing trip…Will be back.

Shauna and Eric are absolutely fantastic hosts. They have thought of everything! Ivy cottage is adorable and the views are breathtaking. The check-in process was super easy and the cottage was warm and inviting. We helped ourselves to some snacks and spent some time in the hot tub. My husband and I each enjoyed a good night's sleep in the comfy upstairs bed. Eric came over when we first arrived to welcome us and answer any questions we may have. The hosts do live on the property but after we checked in we did not see them for the rest of our stay. Eric let us know that he would be happy to help us with whatever we needed but also wanted to respect our privacy. I highly recommend Ivy Cottage to anyone visiting Salt Lake City.

Fabulous weekend. We wanted for nothing! Everything was thought of and provided for. It was a perfect little getaway. Close to amazing views & beautiful hikes to see the fall foliage. We loved every minute in this cozy cottage. Didn't realize we would literally share a slice of paradise with the owners (cottage is behind their garage and in their backyard) but it wasn't an issue at all. Complete privacy. Would definitely recommend!

Our space had every single thing you could need from wonderful blankets to coffee to sweet treats when you walk in the door. We enjoyed our time very much. It beats a hotel over and over!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was clean and very well furnished. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and we would come here again in a heartbeat.

We only stayed for two nights but would have happily stayed longer if we could have done so. The hosts of the Ivy Cottage could not have been more accommodating. Their short introductory video was quite accurate and informative. This is a weird comment but: the paper products for the kitchen and restrooms made us all happy because they did not fall apart immediately. It is a lovely place and I would suggest to anyone looking for a VRBO in Salt Lake City give it a try.

We had the best time staying here. The location was convenient and private at the same time. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were happy to help if any problems came up (which none did). We loved our stay here and will definitely look at coming back to visit again!

This is my second stay at Ivy Cottage. Just as wonderful as the 1st time. Eric and Shaunna are the most perfect hosts.
The location is beyond words, especially the beautiful canyon views. The cottage is accurately described and all the little extra goodies for you is such a nice touch. The kitchen is also Well Stocked, including coffee, spices and everything you need. Can't wait to return.

My husband and I chose the area for our vacation because we wanted to be around a peaceful setting and to be able to do some hikes. The Ivy Cottage was absolutely perfect for this! Breathtaking views from the backyard, and walking distance or short drives to several trailheads. Within the Cottage, the hosts have really thought of everything we might need (plus some bonuses like the snacks for us when we first arrived), and they had great recommendations for hiking and restaurants, anything we wanted to know. Just the perfect experience for us to escape our responsibilities for a bit and enjoy time as a couple!

We came out to the Ivy Cottage for a wedding. The property owner was very helpful with suggestions on what we could do in between all the festivities we had during the week. We really appreciated all of their efforts to make us feel comfortable and we enjoyed our time at the Ivy Cottage.

We had such a wonderful experience at this property. It is one of our favorite VRBO stays ever! The owners are very hospitable and friendly and make you feel right at home. The grounds and cottage itself are quaint, lovely, full of amenities, peaceful and blissful. We so hated to leave but look forward to a return in the future. We will most definitely be back!

This place was by far my favorite place we've ever stayed. The hosts went above and beyond to be sure every need was met. 10 outta 10 reccomend and we'll definitely be back! The hottub and homemade salsa was on point and the m&ms delightful. Next time we'll definitely take you up on the massage! Best part hands down was drinking our coffee with the breath taking mountain view. 🙌

The place had everything you could want. The location was good. I did find some dirty dishes. The small dogs need obedience training. I would have liked to stay longer but I needed to return to work. They need to upgrade the shower head.

The hosts were the most helpful friendly hosts I have ever experienced. The cottage had everything we needed and was very convenient for skiing and hiking. We really enjoyed the hot tub after skiing.

We came to Utah for a ski trip with our family of 5 and found the Ivy Cottage to be a great place to stay. The location was excellent, right at the base of Little Cottonwood and just a short drive from Alta/Snowbird. The Ivy Cottage was a cozy/convenient place to stay and also affordable. Great views of the mountains right out the back door and all of the amenities needed to sleep eat and enjoy a good week of skiing.

This property is conveniently located near the mouth of the canyon leading to Snowbird/Alta. The park and ride was less than .5 miles and made it great for catching the UTA. The accommodations were perfect and cozy. We loved the hot tub each night after riding/skiing! Overall, great place and would stay there again on the next snowboard/ski trip!

Both hosts were quick to respond with thorough answers to all our questions before the trip. The cottage is one of the most charming VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The hosts have thought of everything: ziploc bags, olive oil & spices, cozy blankets, restaurant recommendations and even a video on how to operate the adorable fire heater, and more. In addition, the space is larger than first appeared with plenty of room to spread out and two easy-to-operate tvs. There is wonderful art on the multi-colored walls. We were 15 minutes from several ski hills and had a fabulous view of the mountains from the dining room. What a find! We will definitely go next year.

This was a very nice, well stocked, cottage with excellent access to the local ski resorts. The cottage is located on the back side of the primary residents' garage and is entirely separate. This worked great for my Brother and I during our ski trip. In case it matters, the hot tub and grill are on the primary residents back porch, which I do not think was entirely clear from the listing.
Hosts were accommodating and knowledgable. I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

This vacation rental could not have been better stocked. They thought of everything. All was great except we decided on the upstairs bedroom for the view and the bed was way too soft for us. We were greeted with some homemade salsa from homegrown tomatoes and great chips. Our deposit was refunded right after we left.
