About this condo rental
Suite 314 is a totally renovated and tastefully decorated third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full-size oven, under-cabinet refrigerator, and beverage refrigerator. This unit has a brand new built-in seating area around the dining table. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas log fireplace, and a 55" flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a Euro shower and two separate vanities. The upstairs also offers yet another spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix.

This was a nice condo, but the AC is only upstairs so we were lucky that the weather was nice during our stay. It would be nice to have more than two towels for a week's long stay as well. The sofa is a bit tired, but hopefully they will update it soon. The front desk staff were always great to deal with.

As always, our condo was well prepared for us. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is perfect. Sitting on our balcony for sunsets never disappoints us. Walking and biking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store in town, and to Avalanche Mountain to hike or bike. Our favorite places for good food are Cafe Sante, Gilda’s authentic French Bakery, and Boyne River Inn, but there are many more to choose from as well. Kayaking down the Boyne River with Boyne River Adventures was awesome. Can’t wait to return to Boyne City and the Water street Inn on the shore of beautiful Lake Charlevvoix!

Property is in an excellent location to take advantage of all Lake Charlevoix has to offer. Loved the two story style and the views were beautiful from the main floor and the bedroom. Enjoyed walking into town for a meal or around back to the beach.

I really enjoyed everything the condo was a 15 and the staff was phenomenal ❤️But I didn’t like that there wasn’t any Taxi cabs,Uber,or Lyft if you need a ride it’s only Chauffeur service that starts at $70 a ride even if you’re only going five blocks

This is our second stay at Water Street. The location is perfect and the staff is very nice. The condo we stayed in was clean and beautifully decorated. Definitely would stay again. My only complaint would be they charged us for make up on the towels. I only use makeup wipes and checked all the towels before we left.

The condo is nicely appointed and updated. I love the location of Water Street Inn as one can walk to the shops and restaurants in town, or go for a walk easily in the neighborhoods. The mattress however is very firm, so please keep that in mind if you like something more gentle on the bones.

We had a great time in Boyne City. Room was very nice. As a side note, the bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs. Checkout time is 10:00 AM which is a tad bit early. Overall, very nice though.

Beautiful rooms, lake and downtown. Boyne City has great dining, shopping and nature that was completely walkable from my room. Lake Charlevoix is crystal clear with miles of coastline to enjoy. Can't wait to return with the whole family!

The unit was far better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. Very modern with everything required for our stay. Location could not be better, walking distance to the restaurants and a short drive to the ski hill. The management were also extremely accommodating when we requested to move our reservation up a day to avoid the extremely cold weather. No need for us to look for options for our next visit. We will be back!!

Water Street Inn is a very nice property. The location is great for exploring the other towns around Lake Charlevoix & also an easy drive over to Traverse City.Our unit had been recently redecorated & it was lovely. Since I had requested a unit on the third floor the bedroom & bathroom were upstairs. Makes the downstairs feel larger & more open. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed lovely sunsets from our balcony.The housekeeping people we encountered were friendly & accommodating, especially give the fact that we are not early risers.

We love staying at the Water Street Inn. Unit 314 is particularly nice: totally upgraded, on the 3rd floor with a lovely view of Lake Charlevoix from the balcony. Of course, all of the units have the same lovely view and include a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area and balcony or patio. Watching the sunset from the beach in back of the WSI is a nightly ritual.

314 is beautifully decorated with a fresh modern appearance and comfortable furniture. They have designed the layout to maximize space and create an open feel. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is comfortable and two sinks in the bathroom was appreciated. The cool drawer refrigerator/freezer works well for a weekend stay for two people, but might be challenging for a longer stay

My husband and two boys (8 &11) like to stay closer to the restaurants of Boyne City while skiing/snowboarding in Boyne Falls. This unit was PERFECT. Super cute and incredibly clean. Plus, you can not be closer to bars/restaurants. The king bed was very comfortable. The boys report that the hideaway was good ( although they are kids, I am not sure I could have slept on it). Overall super happy and will definitely rent again.

Overall... the community was great. The condo was ok. All furniture is so worn out it's uncomfortable. Our reservation said 4 people and we only had 2 towels. No sheets for the sleeper sofa. It took 12 minutes for hot water to arrive to our shower.
