Perfect location for a nice Beach weekend. House was great. Great ocean views and easy walking distance to beach and fantastic restaurants. Check in process and communication top notch. Private garage eliminated any parking stress that is sometimes a problem in Manhattan Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a good experience. The only issue was we didn't get to check in until 45 mins after the expected check-in time.

This place is amazing- very clean, great views, walk to the beach and near all the restaurants of Manhattan Beach.

The condo had several windows with ocean views and beautiful sunsets without leaving the condo. Condo was very comfortable and layout was perfect for our family of 5. Close to beach and restaurants. Todd checked in with us during our stay. Would definitely return to this property!

Amazing views. Great location, 2 block walk to the beach. Quieter north end of town, feels like a private beach. Perfect for family of 4, has a pack n play for little ones, and beach gear. Garage parking at the unit. Would recommend and plan to return!

Beautiful view from the balcony, beds were comfy and walking distance to restaurants and the beach The interior is very basic - No extra frills (they do mention to bring your own soap and cooking supplies). But.. The ocean view and proximity to the beach is 5 star!

Only problem was the coffeemaker. But would recommend highlighting that the garage will only fit a medium SUV or smaller.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a 2 min walk from the beach and you can see it from the balcony every morning when you wake up. Also nearby are some great food spots like El Tarasco and it's a 20 min walk from downtown Manhattan beach where you can find great food like Tacolicious. Also the unit has everything you need and the communication with the owner is very clear.

Very nicely updated beach house. Ensuite master, nice sized rooms, the ocean view is spectacular. Clean, organized, very easy to make yourself at home.

Our family (three adults, two young children) had a wonderful experience at Todd's lovely home overlooking Manhattan Beach. The unit was clean, spacious and the views.....AMAZING. Todd was an excellent communicator; we had no issues throughout the stay....except that everyone would have enjoyed being able to stay longer. It is an exceptional location for conversation, the sound of ocean waves, sunrises and sunsets!

Killer pad overlooking the water on the quiet side of quiet Manhattan Beach. Close to the Airport and LA sights but still tucked away. Awesome!

Great condo with awesome view of the ocean. Enjoyed hearing the waves in the background. Short walk to both the beach, downtown Manhattan Beach as well as nearby local restaurants in north MB.

We loved our stay at this incredible spot! The views are unbeatable and you are just a 3 minute walk to the ocean. Everything is walking distance and the location is unmatched.

Neat clean property at the beach. Suited my needs perfectly.

I'll start with the pros: Wonderful location as the condo is just 2 blocks up from gorgeous Manhattan beach! There are ocean views from pretty much every window in the condo. All new linens in the bedrooms and beds are super comfortable (we slept well). Tons of closet space. Parking for one car or small SUV in the garage was very convenient. Todd is super easy to work with. Some cons (but certainly not deal breakers): As another visitor mentioned, the condo is a bit tired and could use a good painting throughout and I agree. The blinds on all windows are very tough to pull up/down and could use a good cleaning. There was no table and chairs on the small patio as advertised in the photos. The refrigerator could use replacing as the outside of the freezer door is rusting out all around the water/ice maker. No AC was tough as there were a couple of nights where the condo reached 77 degrees and was just a bit stuffy. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are wobbly and the speeds were pretty low - I think these could be replaced, as should the lamps in the living room as these are rusty as well. As another visitor noted the washing machine in the main unit is broken so we had to use the unit in the garage. Overall none of what I mentioned above stopped us from enjoying ourselves. We truly had a wonderful visit and I think some deep cleaning and a good painting throughout would make a huge difference!

Hard to beat the location of this property for it’s size, access to parking, and cost. The good: location, parking, size, cost, less traffic on this section of the beach by comparison. Also Todd was very responsive and accommodating. What can be improved: cleanliness is relative to the person and this was slightly below what we are used to. Bathrooms and kitchen met our expectations , but other areas of the condo could use more attention, doors to bedrooms, etc. Linens have surpassed their lifespan. Towels were clean but old. Comforters in the spare bedroom could be dry cleaned or replaced. Rugs in bedrooms are worn. Some lamps could be replaced. Washer was inoperable at the time but we were allowed to access to laundry in the garage after inquiring (would’ve been nice to have this disclosed upon arrival). Overall we had a great time. With a few minor changes this would be a 5 star rating. Thanks Todd!

Could not have had a more enjoyable stay. The space in the property was perfect, everything we needed was there from bedding to dishes to beach toys. Host was fast to respond to our many inquiries and didn’t make us feel like we were bothering him. Unobstructed view of beach and ocean- almost better than any other property we saw in the area. Would love to make this a yearly visit!!
