Situated in Avon, this lovely house for $121 per night is a great choice for your next break. SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon - Kinnakeet Shores Escape into luxury and easy-living when you stay at beautiful BALI WIND. Your family will enjoy the personal touches found throughout the home including the island-themed bedrooms. The house is only a short walk from the Avon Fishing Pier and is just across NC 12 from the Food Lion shopping center. But more importantly, beach access is just across the street. An all-weather entry leads to the first level queen "waves theme" master bedroom with private bath, or step out back and escape into the sparkling private pool enclosed by a 7 ft. privacy fence. The second level of the home has four bedrooms; the king "palms theme" master bedroom with TV, the queen "sun theme" master bedroom with TV, and two bedrooms that share a hall bath (2 singles "wind theme" and pyramid bunk "surf theme"). All four bedrooms on this level access the shaded oceanside deck and the convenient laundry area. On the top level is a second king master suite, also with TV and access to the top level sun deck. The bright great room welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, many windows, and sliders to the large furnished oceanside sundeck with gorgeous ocean view. Plenty of entertainment can be found in the great room complete with 51" HDTV and DVD player. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar is perfectly equipped for food preparation and cooking and is only steps away from the gourmet 2-burner gas grill just out on the deck. Decorated for charm, style, and comfort, this BALI WIND is the only destination for your family this year. (Fireplace seen in photos is not for guest use.) *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. The location and property were very nice. Having our own pool and hot tub was just an extreme pleasure, especially considering the 3 days of rain we had. Only issue we had with the property was the cleanliness upon arrival, floors were not clean, found bacon on the steps to the kitchen. Also there was a window leaking by the top level door. Floor, wall and carpet were wet due to all the rain. We would stay again.

We stayed for spring break with our three children. The house was perfect as was the weather. We enjoyed relaxing and hanging out on the beach. The stores nearby had plenty of supplies and groceries. Thank you for such a lovely family get away!

End of summer vacation. Hurricane Dorian had just passed through the week before my stay started. Surf and sound did a good job getting the property ready for my weekly rental. I called management three times and they responded promptly on all three occasions. Want to notify them of a screen door that was damaged during the storm. I did not need that repaired the week I was there but somebody showed up to measure it anyway. Two the pool needed cleaning , probably from sand blowing in during the storm. They showed up promptly and clean the pool and hot tub. And electrical outlet was out in one of the bedrooms and on the steps going up to the second floor I needed a light replace it took care of that also promptly. They also showed up and took my trash to the street twice I was nice and unexpected. Would definitely use surf or sound again . The beach access across the street was a little hard to access but that was probably from hurricane Dorian.
