Breakfast was excellent and ready in time for us to catch the 6 a.m. shuttle

Infrequent hours for catching the shuttle to the airport. Should be 24/7 due to variable flight departure times.

Zimmer modern, komfortabel, super Bett und moderne grosse Dusche !!!!!

Zimmer war eiskalt, Klimaanlage lief bereits vor Ankunft und war am Hauptgerät nicht auszuschalten. Techniker musste kommen, der erst hilflos wirkte. Dann Entdeckung, dass Gerät an anderer Wandinstallation abzuschalten war.

Beds were somewhat comfortable

No shuttle after midnight. Site says 24 hr shuttle! Had to pay an Uber. No hot water for showers and said there was nothing they could do! Unacceptable!!

The staff was sooo friendly and understanding. There was a manager, I didn't catch her name but she was there Saturday morning/afternoon and she was VERY nice and helpful. I really appreciated her understanding with me having had just had surgery. Her kindness really went a long way for me. THANK YOU!

The location was perfect for me, and the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful.

The airport shuttle pickup didn't work, but the hotel reimbursed me for the cost of the taxi. The return shuttle to the airport worked perfectly.

Included breakfast was terrible. All we needed was good pastry, good coffee and good OJ. Didn’t do that.

Attractive, fresh decor throughout the hotel with excellent housekeeping. Very comfortable beds and bright, fresh bathroom.

The breakfast was not good. One shuttle driver was quite rude. Everyone else was great though.

Solicitei um late checkout e a atendente disse que não seria possível, que teria que pagar uma nova diária! E ao fechar a reserva antes tinha me dito que poderia ver no balcão!

Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber. Die Fenster sehr gut isoliert. Wir haben kein Flugzeug gehört. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Staff was unfriendly. Shuttle service was terrible from the airport. Waited over an hour and a half without a ride.

The location was great as it is near the airport. As we were staying in New Years eve I cannot judge the rate of the hotel. For sure all hotels are with extra ordinary price. Unfortunately we were really sick after returning from and 8 day cruise. The room help us recover our health to fly back to Europe. The breakfast is good. I have to create my own waffle. There is a free bus transfer every hour to the airport. This was a big plus. The driver knows which terminal we should be drop off.

The location was convenient for a one night stay before boarding a cruise. I liked that the hotel provided both an airport shuttle and a shuttle to the cruise ship port.

There aren’t many restaurants nearby, and it’s not a location I would feel comfortable walking around in.

We were going on a cruise the next day. We particularly appreciated the free shuttles: from the airport to the motel and the shuttle to the cruise port.

La eficiencia del personal. Olvide mi billetera en la caja fuerte de la habitación y la Gerente me llamó para avisarme que la habían encontrado y que la guardarían hasta que fuera a buscarla.

Liegt in Flughafennähe. Ideal für Weiterreise am nächsten Tag. Saubere geräumige Zimmer. Einfaches Frühstück, für die Preiskategorie aber ok. Parkplätze sind kostenlos am Hotel verfügbar. Relativ neues Hotel.

Keine Restaurants in der Nähe, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Wegwerfgeschirr beim Frühstück erzeugt viel Müll.

Das Zimmer war schön und die Betten komfortabel.

Das Frühstück, Pappteller und Plastikbesteck,der Kaffee aus dem Becher war auch nicht von Qualität. Zum Shuttlebus gab es keine Info damit auf Taxi angewiesen.

Poor cleaning, floor had covers of food - underwear(not belonging to us) hanging in the shower. Check out was agreed to at noon(12) - however the cleaning staff started at 10 to wake us - no less then 3 times before the agreed checkout.

The location was perfect for me - not far from the airport at all. I also liked the area - nice and quiet. The room was so comfortable that I spent most of my second day lounging and snoozing. I would definitely stay here again!
