the place was awful…the bedding was disgusting…the smell from bathroom toilet bowl “freshner” made us nauseous….hasn’t been updated in years and years…wouldn’t ever stay again and would not recommend to anyone

Right across from the beach, close to shops and restaurants and the free bus was brilliant to get around the island

These rooms are very small and poorly laid out. The front door was difficult to open as it was catching on the floor, windows cracked, the door into the bathroom was hitting the ceiling making it difficult to open, you couldn’t get out of the shower if someone left the door open! we had no hot water from the sink for our entire stay, although strangely the shower was hot. The freezer desperately needed defrosting as you couldn’t make any ice. The bed was too firm and uncomfortable , air-con extremely noisy. Overall overpriced for the quality of the room. you will be paying for the location. The proprietors need to invest in upgrading these rooms.

The location. Directly across from the beach and a block from Bridge Street with stores, bars etc

The window unit a/c is in the tv room with a little opening for air to reach the very small bedroom with a small dresser. Don’t plan on staying more than a couple of nights. The bath is very small with no a/c vent or fan. Door was cracked and hard to open. Place needs renovating. Nice little outside patio with held umbrella for the beach and beach chairs. On the main drive so traffic is loud. Small kitchen with amenities. Couch did convert to a futon if u need another to sleep. Owner did respond promptly to ur concerns but we will probably look for a better place next month (as we visit AMI monthly). The price is better than other places so close to the beach and I aren’t dealing w the fees fromABNB.

Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Door didn’t open all the way. There were gaps at bottom and sides of front door.. each chairs were rusty and one didn’t work right.

Parking is not gonna work if you have a large truck or SUV. Wish we had known this prior to arrival. Te door did not always shut all the way or lock when we shut it. You have to double check it! There were only 2 lights in the room. One had a broken knob and could not be used unless you plug and then unplug it from the wall. The other one had a push button, however it was located behind and under the bed and was NOT easily accessed. Lastly, the mini fridge worked once we defrosted the “freezer”. It was so iced up that the door would not shut. We had to break the ice off in order to get it to close.

It was super close to the beach and all the places we wanted to visit.

The bed was hard and we didn’t feel like we got a good nights sleep the entire trip. The bedroom also got pretty hot since the AC was in the front room.

Great location near restaurants, Moose Club, across street from beach. I was able to see the gulf from my patio! Free parking right in front of my unit. My second time staying and I so appreciate the responsive owners. Excellent communication....easy check in.

The location was perfect. We walked to the beach and bars and restaurants. Overall the cottage served its purpose for our short two night stay.

It’s a very tiny place even for two people. We barely had room to open our luggage.

The coziness in great location. a little small but that’s what the reasonable price covers as it’s considered a studio if u stay in cottage A. Be warned much construction already started for the complex going up next door. As a cleaning lady myself a few suggestions on watching mold in shower, on knob and under containers. a limited kitchen facility and no kitchen sink. Be aware of dirt on door jams and by knob, blinds are dusty and directly behind bed. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Across the street from beach, a couple of blocks to Bridge Street and local stores. owners left a personal touch with a bottle of wine and nice notes throughout apartment. Door separates unit from nextdoor but silent proof. nice front patio including table and chairs and beach supplies (umbrella and chairs). Highly recommend this family owned and run location. this was our second visit and will not be our last.

The accomodations were exceptionally clean and the owners communication through the entire process was exceptional. Literally right across from the beach which was a huge plus and a block from the entertainment district in the center of town with shops and eateries....there were complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella.....highly recommend

Musty, dank, mildew on windows, shower curtain dirty and rusty. Huge gap under door and tiny security bolt.

owner was responsive in promptly responding to our technology requests differing in order to access move in. Represented location at Bradenton Beach was legitimate.

No headboard; right up against window; blinds could not be raised & lowered. ancient super loud AC unit above our head while trying to sleep. overall not kept up; floor and shower grout very dirty and coming out as well as around sink snd window caulk. Checkin time 4pm. used shampoo containers left for our use. dirty coffee cups. For the price paid not at all satisfactory.
