My companions and I liked almost everything about this farm house. It looked much better in real life than in the photos. Our favorite parts of the property were the back porch with a gas bbq grill and the very spacious and well equipped kitchen, where we had lots of fun making a dinner party.

The TV is a little too small by today's standards, but it didn't really matter as no one stays there to watch news or movies. Some us found a couple of paintings and some of the dolls in the living room a bit creepy, though none of us lost sleeps over those details.

Spacious and newly renovated house with bright and brand new and bright kitchen. Perfect location to Watkins Glen, multiple wineries and Seneca Lake resort for pontoon rental. We enjoyed family dinners at cozy dinning room. Two living rooms: one for playing board games and second one to relax on couch in front of the TV. Bedrooms are big and comfortable. Bathrooms are also brand new with plenty of towels and toiletries. Great for families and small group. Easy communication with the owner.
