Room was nice. Location was convenient, right in the center of everything. Fan was brought to us right away.

The air did not work at first but they did bring us a fan right away and the room did finally cool off.

Location was one block from the L train station which was a great location. Breakfast was great every morning great selection and service. The room had enough space for 5 of us loved the extra sink in the bedroom which allowed us to get ready while someone was using the bathroom.

All was good.

Yama and all of the staff were very professional and polite. He answered any questions I had, & provided information pertinent to my stay. The breakfast area was really amazing, & more than what I expected. I'd love to come back and stay longer!!

Was hoping parking was included in the cost of stay, but there were some economic options nearby

Location

The location was great just a couple blocks up from Michigan, still in the heart of everything. Bus stop one block away, L station just 2 blocks up. The suite we had was huge and perfect for my group of 5 but could have easily had 1 more. It had a front sitting room with a table and chairs, tv and pull out couch that two teens slept on. A wet bar with sink was in there too. The bathroom which had a shower and sink. Then another room which was 2 queens, a counter and sink and TV. It was great getting ready with 3 sinks to brush teeth and get ready in front of not all trying to use the bathroom. The Hotel was beautiful.

Not even really an issue because who has time to swim when you are in Chicago and there is so much to see but I had younger kids who had to swim. The pool is on the small side and it was spring break so with a bunch of kids it was a bit insane.

Newly renovated rooms were wonderful. Front desk staff and bellman are super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Close to walk to so many places.

Nothing its wonderful

Great location in downtown, next to Redhead bar, Gordon Ramsy's burger and so on. The street is nice and clean, and it is close to almost everything. Room was nice and tidy with many conviniences, but.. it was 529 room - next to the stairs. A plus - it didn't have windows to the corridor like a road motel. Hotel has nice breakfast area with really good variety of food and they cook omlet. At evenings they provide two free drinks and snacks, but after 7 p.m. everything is closed. There is also italian restaurant that I haven't tried, but I noticed pool to be rather popular. Staff was always nice, so I enjoyed my stay. They also have parking and ability to hold your luggage which I really enjoyed.

Breakfast area was overcrowded. 3 elevators were not enough for an army of visitors with small kids and stroll cabins (or how you name it). Because of location, pool and breakfast it attracted a lot of parents with small kids. So don't expect it to be quite during the day. Not a big problem, but to get to your breakfast, you need to be either early or use the stairs. Now, about the stairs... the room is next to it, stairs are not conrete, but of metal. So all the noise from stairs went directly in the bathroom as if you were inside a metal barrel and people were dancing on it. The curtain in the shower is too short, so the are was easily flooded. The worst part was that the heating in the unit was not working. That week temperature was around 60 at nights and I was surprised that AC blows COLD air only. So I spent the nights dressed up. Also, there were no bottles of water in the room which I would have considered a nice addition

The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was really friendly. Great service and location is central.

En general tanto la habitación, como los servicios fueron muy buenos ( a pesar de que una zona estaba en remodelación) pero el desayuno sobrepaso mis expectativas, estaba muy variado, muy completo y muy rico. Definitivamente regresaría encantada. Que el aseo en la habitación fuera incluido por default.

Clean around. The bed was comfortable.

The microwave stoped working. The balcony is located inside the building not outside. The Elevators were very slow. The desk phone was not working. Room service is not a service provided by the hotel.

Clean, great location

We asked several times for extra blankets for the pull out couch as there were none in both rooms and each time were promised it would be delivered within 15 min. Blankets never arrived

Room smelt damp, airconditioning didn’t work properly, didn’t cool the room until last day, don’t know if they have the main control. Room wasn’t cleaned as what was mentioned alternate days, had to call to have towels replaced and rubbish removed

Location was pretty good, breakfast and happy hour were both good. Staff were fantastic.

Room was quite musty. Comfortable for what we were looking for. Not having all the elevators working certainly created some grief with people taking luggage down 7 or 8 floors by stairs.

It was a good stay for the money

Great location. Close to all the major tourist areas. Breakfast was busy but good. They offer an evening snack time with drinks.

First room had stained bedding, no cups, and after day 2 there was a leak and floor was wet. Got a new room. Was supposed to be upgraded to a suite and was not. Upon checkout there was lots of confusion on which room I was “supposed to be in”. The staff stated I would get 10000 points to my Hilton account and a voucher for a free night at another facility. So we will see if it happens.

No vending machines whatsoever on the property. Housekeeping never turned over our room. Barking dog next door. Elevators broke down a couple of times making it take forever to get down!

ROOM, was adequate, cosy, but no kettle for us Tea loving Brits. The advice was to microwave to water, lol. LOCATION, was brilliant, just a short walk to the main attractions, heading in all directions. BREAKFAST, was ok, not the best for choice, I've had better, but plenty of. However, the Yanks dont do Brown Sauce or Baked Beans.

Once breakfast is over, the restaurant area closes, but theres no facilities for making your own tea/coffee or soft drinks. We're not big drinkers, but the hotel was missing a Bar. They did offer 2 x free drinks per adult for their happy hour, but they are missing a nice communal area to chill with a drink before bed. The lifts are a pain, especially at busy times, breakfast and arrivals, but there is 4 of them, so we didn't have to wait too long
