De locatie is top, erg dicht gelegen bij alle bezienswaardigheden en ook dicht bij de metro. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Het bed was prima en de douche geweldig. De poetsdienst deed dagelijks een prima job.

Een paar elementen die tegenvielen: de kamer was erg donker ... er was een raam maar die keek uit op een muur. De toilet was verstopt, maar dit issue werd snel opgelost. Wat me wel stoorde was dat het op de gang tijdens de nacht erg lawaaierig kon zijn. bv om 3uur 's nachts stonden mensen te roepen op de gang. Ik vind respect voor ieders nachtrust erg belangrijk, maar blijkbaar deelt niet iedereen deze mening.

The hotel was in the center of Times square and gives you a chance to experience the city life of New York City. All the street foods, souvenir stores are within walking distance.

The condition of the rooms do not match with what is shown in the images. The lifts are small, during rush hour it takes about 20 minutes to wait for the elevators.

Perfect location in the heart of Times Square. Nice staff. Price is good. Clean rooms.

Old property, very small rooms with old bathrooms, small slow elevators. No coffee machines, no breakfast available. They offer a “kettle” though.

Per la cifra che abbiamo pagato, essendo in pieno centro, ci aspettavano qualcosa di più.. Io e mio marito ci aspettavamo il rumore della piazza, con il vociare delle persone o dei locali, invece esternamente era molto insonorizzato. il rumore piu fastidioso era dovuto all'aria condizionata del corridoio, che era molto forte e si avvertiva all'interno della camera, come un rumore assordante. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza 3 volte, migliorando di poco la situazione. ( La prima stanza non chiudeva la finestra dall'esterno, entrava freddo e rumore del motore dei condizionatori esterni. La seconda stanza aveva un eccessivo rumore dovuto all'aria condizionata dell'impianto della struttura, non della camera stessa) Ahimè l'ultima delle tre stanze ci è capitata una camera vicino agli ascensori, ed oltre il brusio di voci dei clienti, c'era il fastidioso suono dell'ascensore che annunciava il piano.

As roupas de cama e de banho foram trocadas todos os dias (no Brasil, nem sempre é assim), quarto silencioso e limpo.

Tinha uma pequena luz que piscava a cada 5 segundos no teto, durante a noite toda (acho que era algum sistema de combate a incêndio). Acordei todos os dias com dor de cabeça por conta desse estímulo luminoso no rosto. Na primeira noite não pareceu nada demais, mas ao final das 8 noites eu já estava super irritado.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist wirklich fast am Times Square. Zu Fuß kommt man überall hin, die Subway ist nicht weit entfernt. Es ist sehr laut im Zimmer, schlafen ohne Ohropax kaum möglich, aber diese werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben das größte Zummer gewählt, somit hatten wir Komfort. Das 2.Zimmer unserer Familie war leider das Standard, dort konnte man sich kaum umdrehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gibt einen Getränke und Snackautomaten und einen Medikamentenautomat.

room 609 was too small for the bed. It almost reached the other wall. Also the springs were too noisy. I believe that needs to be replaced. There was like a big hole when you lay down. Not comfortable.

We booked this hotel 30 minutes before going into it. We had another hotel that had some very big issues and we found this one available. We love the photos and the location and we decided to go with it. The moment we entered, we could see how professional and amazing this hotel is. The staff was incredibly friendly and they explained to us all their rules and the reasons for the fees. We finalized the check-in in less than 5 minutes and we got our keys. We stayed on the 6th floor. We didn't ask for extra cleaning because the place was very clean. The room was in a great spot and if you love the traffic sound, that's the place to be because it's right on Times Square. The hotel provided us with earplugs. There is also the hair dryer and the vault to keep your personal things safe. Great location and great staff! We had a wonderful experience and the price was just right! We love it!

Personally, I don't think there is something could have done better. Two calls out are the noise of the location. You are always going to hear sirens, traffic, and much more. You are in Times Square, so be ready for all these noises. If you are looking for a quiet spot, this is not the right hotel for you. The second one is the room sizes. They are quite small. So if you have some sort of claustrophobia, make sure to double-check with the hotel before. They might have some bigger rooms, but I'm sure. I personally loved my room and everything was great, so I didn't have to ask for anything bigger than what I got.

The Hotel was in a good location close to subways and walking distance to tourist attractions. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The bed in the superior queen room was comfortable.

Due to being so close to times square it could be noisy at times but that could be the case with any hotel in New york so this is no fault of the hotel ! Shower in the bathroom wasn't amazing but was a spaceous size

Location was supposedly the best bang for the buck.

Charged almost double days after with no explanation. Room was super dirty and despite being described as "newly renovated" looked like a landlord special do over. Been calling for over a week now and all I get is they will get back to me in 24-48 hours . Still nothing
