The room got cold and no weed smoke

The view, social hour, and layout of the suite were all pleasantly surprising. We know we will be staying there on our next trip to Hot Springs

Few spots on wall that only needed water and soap to clear. Tissue holder broken, again easy fix.

The view of Lake Hamilton was great. Very relaxing. Being pet friendly was a huge plus.

Our first room was crawling with cockroaches and ants. Subsequent to our complaint we were moved to a room on the 2nd floor which had no bugs. Early in the evening we asked for toilet paper. It was denied. We were told to wait until the following morning. Subsequent to a call to corporate offices, the hotel clerk dropped off toilet paper angrily stating she had to go to several rooms to get the toilet paper.

Great room, service, and staff! A place like this is hard to find, especially with such great prices, we will be back!

Clean Breakfast Pool Kitchenette

Good Breakfast. Patio area behind hotel overlooking part of lake.

Speed bump coming in drive. A little overpriced on weekends. Bed alittle hard.

Lady staffer was very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was small. The pool was cold. There was a flooding incident in the parking lot & I got my shoes soaked getting into the car. 1 of the 2 dryers didn't work so had to wait a long time to get clothes dry. Bed was sinking on 1 side.

It was a nice area around the lake. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great!

The dishwasher leaked. There wasn’t a blanket for the pullout bed. The toilet was to close to the door. the pictures were a bit deceiving on the size of the room.

Great facility for family get away.

The King room in the suite doesn’t have a lock on the door. It would be nice to be able to lock the door.

Pool was surprisingly cold

The facility was nice and clean.

I picked this facility especially to take my son swimming. Arrived in plenty of time to do so and the staff could not " figure out " how to open the pool area and them lied and said the pool hours had changed. Very disappointing and if I had know this I would have stayed somewhere else.

Nice staff, good price, warm breakfast! Took 5 grand kids to see Christmas lights in town. They loved the indoor swimming pool. The staff treated us well and the breakfast was the best motel breakfast we have experienced all at a great value!

The king size bed in the double room suite was very hard, not comfortable at all.

The room was very nice and had some amenities I didn't notice in the description. There was a small kitchenette with stove top, microwave and decent counter space. The full size fridge was nice too. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower was great. The grounds were well kept and they have a nice outside patio area.

They make you pay a damage deposit which is fine, but when we got into the room there were couple things messed up. So I had to report those so I didn't get dinged for it. They did fix one of the items and the other was a more cosmetic thing than a functional one. The hotel is on a main road but the entry to the hotel is off of a residential access road that is easily missed, and I did, especially in fading light.
