Staff was really rude and unfriendly. Rooms were ok but felt kinda dirty and old

convenient location and use of the shuttle to the port
bathroom hadn't been fully cleaned before my stay. there was a hair tie in the middle of the floor indicating it clearly hadn't even been swept. the corners of the floor were badly neglected. dusty room. AC unit wasn't just loud it rattled. went down for breakfast at 9:59 and everything had already been cleaned up and put away I couldn't even get a glass of juice. I was going off the time on the alarm in the room which read 9:45 when I left to go down. clearly it was incorrect.

The property is in a centralized area
The beds need changing. Carpet needs to be cleaned regularly. Cleaners should emphasize on cleaning general room area, there were roaches in my room. Hotel can offer more options for breakfast we had waffles, sausages and eggs for 4 days

Close to airport with free shuttle
It might be the average for airport-near hotels. Pricey, dirty (srsly, I had a cocroach the size of my foot as a roommate). Poor wifi reception from the room.

Muy cerca al aeropuerto, con shuttle disponible desde el aeropuerto y hacia el puerto de crucero. La dirección de esperar el Shuttle está equivocada en Booking, hay que esperar frente a la salida del Gate 15. La habitación fue confortable para la noche que pasamos.
El desayuno tiene poca o ninguna proteína. No hay opciones Gluten Free. Para los amantes de los carbohidratos, tienen buena variedad de productos.

Quarto grande, com muito espaço e limpo. Cama confortável e macia. Máquina de Café de cortesia. Ótima localização, bem próximo ao aeroporto. Café da manhã bom. Estacionamento gratuito.

Staff a little rude / unhelpful at times. Breakfast was really bad.
Front desk atmosphere not great, a couple arguments with staff and visitors witnessed.
No one to answer when we called front desk from room multiple times.

The room was very clean nice size. The breakfast was good liked the way it was setup.
The shuttle ride . I got dropped off at the Comfort inns and suites the street behind you. At 80 years old did not appreciate having to walk all the way around the corner toyour place. I dont know if the driver has both buildings, if so he should ask where we are going,as this was my first time in your ciy. L was not happy.

Beds are extremely comfortable. Got in late both nights we booked and out before breakfast both mornings so didn’t get opportunity to explore the hotel beyond lobby and room.
Would be helpful to have coffee and a few grab and go breakfast options for those needing to head out before the 6am continental breakfast service starts.

The room was spacious. It was close to the airport, relatively quiet, and provided breakfast.
The person at reception was very cold and glum, as if it was a bother for her to check us in. She didn’t volunteer information about the breakfast times or shuttle times. Staff should trained to be more friendly and welcoming to guests. The shower did not have much hot water and the lights in the living area were flickering.

The shuttle to the port was extremely late that we needed to take an Uber. The free shuttle service was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. Front desk staff kept saying “it’s coming, it will be here in a few minutes “

If you have 2 places with similar names the bus driver should make you aware not drop off 4 old ladies and their luggage and force them to walk to hotel
Dropped off at wrong hotel

I accidentally left a bag on the bus that is used to transport to the cruise port. The hotel was able to contact the bus company they contract and able to store the bag until my return. They were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we take another cruise out of Miami.

The suite accommodated the 5 travellers well. The children enjoyed the pool. Breakfast offered adequate variety. The shuttle service to the cruise terminal was great. The hotel location is fine for 1 night stay prior to a cruise.
Staff were helpful but not overly friendly. The breakfast area is quite small. The sofa bed is old and not comfortable.
