The Tiki Bar was nice to have at the pool and the bartender was great!

Outdated a little

I enjoyed everything about this property from my check-in to my checked out. Excellent staff with the happiest dispositions and gave the best directions to get good food. When the alarm went off due to the sprinkler system, we evacuated with ease and received an explanation of what was happening. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST, I WILL SAY IT AS A LADY I MET WHEN LEAVING. "EVERYTIME I COME I DON'TWANT TO LEAVE AND I AM COMING BACK." I AGREED WITH HER I WASN'T READY TO GO HOME AND I AM COMING BACK. THE OCEANVIEW IN ROOM 314 WAS THE BEST. THANKS TO YOUR WHOLE STAFF, PLEASE LET THEM KNOW FROM ME, THEY ARE TRULY AWESOME, THEY ARE THE BEST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. SERVICE WITH A SMILE GOES A LONG WAY AND THEY ARE TO BE COMMENDED.

MY STAY WASN'T LONG ENOUGH. THE PARKING WAS A LITTLE TO BE DESIRED, ABLE TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET BUT OVERALL IT WAS GOOD TOO.

The hotel was decent, beds were uncomfortable, woke up with back pain. carpet had a old carpet smell, breakfast was ok

This place needs a little updating for sure, but the room was SO CLEAN and tidy, the view was just what my soul needed and the beach was beautiful. Loved the little tiki bar, the pool and surroundings looked clean, the front desk ladies were super nice and friendly. The price was right, but the small balcony that faced the ocean: Priceless!

Anytime you have a family vacation spot by the ocean, it may get a little soggy. The halls could use some updating, but for our unfussy needs, we were delighted to have an ocean view!

Bathtub had some weird coating in it. Looked like a non slip coating but it made it look cheap

Front desk rep Tammy was exceptional! As was Jamie (or Janie?) Such a great help with any issues we had, and genuine care/concern. Their customer service is top notch! Our room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was great, alot of options and staff ready to help. Pools were open. Would def stay here again, as it was me and my 2 school age sons here for the first time.

Only slight bummer was washing machine was out in next door tower building (where our room was), so had to go to main building for washer that worked.

The ocean view of the balcony room, the breakfast, the tiki bar, and the rinse off station for your feet outside near the pool.

When we arrived, the room carpet was wet and there was some sand still in the corner of the room.

What I loved about this Hotel, first of all, checking in was super easy, I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes, I was so happy about that since I was exhausted, all I wanted to do is rest. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, I'll really have to say that the service is one of the best that I've received. I had a beautiful view of the ocean; location is amazing one of the best and safest locations to stay in Myrtle Beach. Also, one thing I loved a lot, I love to cook, and I wasn't really aware that they had a small kitchen in the room, which to me it's pretty covenant since I don't really like to eat out a lot, the hotel provides cookware and silverware which if you're looking for a place that has that, I'll recommend this place.

Honestly this is one of the best places that I've stayed at, one small thing I would say is the room was a bit dirty, nothing major. Just know that the parking is across the street, for me is no big deal but I know for some people would be a problem. Other than that, amazing place to stay in.

The patio door windows were filthy, one of the beds you could feel the springs through the mattress, the bathroom fan sounded like it was gonna blow up and is all rusted out, there was sand all over the floors,

I thought I booked a ocean front room, upon arrival I was placed in the annex building which was not ocean front, I had to strain to even view the ocean. I had to walk 100 yards for the coffee and so called breakfast. I will not stay there again and will not recommend this property to anyone.

No Parking 1st off, The. lobby was not inviting in any way. The room was tiny and very dirty and out dated. The room was supposed to be ocean front instead was a view of a run down pool and trash around the pool.

Loved the view and the amenities provided. The pool area was very nice. Tiki hut was nice and affordable. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean!

The hot water in the bathroom sink was a little tricky. Worked perfect in shower.

We had a fantastic time the breakfast was awesome just couldn't be any better

No stove works there should take it off pictures on booking.

For the money I paid I thought I was going to stay in the tower,but no I stayed down the in a old nasty motel I will mot ever stay with west western ever …it was very misleading

Old outdated

Location was perfect!! Beach was not as full as other areas. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were refurbished and clean!

One elevator could be an issue. Parking was tricky. Not a lot of shade in the pool area.

This was my third stay at this location. The staff is extremely friendly. I like the rooms, pools and location. Will definitely be back.

Rooms need to be updated. All you could smell was weed with a bunch of teenagers running around and partying right at the hotel and using the hotel for access to the beach to have parties the cops had to break up
