Love having breakfast in the mornings! Clean room and plenty of towels. Super nice to have mini fridge in the room. Plenty of outlets for plug ins.

I wish there was more options for breakfast, just had eggs, oatmeal and waffles. Didn't want to try the breakfast nuggets.

Clean. Able to walk to Great American ball park. Nice outside sitting area.

No fan in the bathroom that we could find so the mirror doesn’t steam up.

Everything was really clean. Our room was nice, the bed was so comfy. Usually hotel beds and pillows are awful, not here! I actually was able to sleep. Which is a first. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good the gentleman who was the breakfast attendant was super friendly and funny! Even when my little ones got a little rambunctious because they were excited about the days activities his attitude didn’t waver. He noticed they weren’t eating and came up to me and said “grab those pop tarts I bet they will snack on those later!” All the staff that we talked to were so Nice and friendly. They made our children feel welcome which is a huge plus! They all talked to them, gave them fruit snacks, and made sure we had what we needed! I feel like most hotels when you walk in with toddlers, the staff attitudes towards you tend to shift. We were very impressed by everything about this hotel. If we ever come back to the ares we will definitely be booking here!

The hall ways were kind of hot. That’s my only complaint which isn’t a big deal since you usually don’t spend a lot of time in hotel hallways anyway!

It was conveniently located, easy to find and get in and out of. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was crowded, due to being opening day for the Reds baseball season and spring break. There were no muffins left when I went for breakfast and the line was extremely long for waffles.

The entire hotel was clean and our room was superb! The bed was VERY comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was pretty awful and we went elsewhere and paid for good food. The pool isn’t anything I could use for exercise. I suppose it’s ok for kids to splash around in.

Noisy people above us. Not the hotels fault they tried to stop the noise for us.

Location was convenient and parking lot was well-lit. The hot breakfast was really good. Dining area was filled with comfortable seating. Every staff member we dealt with was extremely friendly! Beds were comfortable and showers had bath wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers! Clean and cozy place! Would have loved to have tried out the pool but ran out of time.

We loved this hotel! There’s nothing we would have changed!
