Site up of the room was nice. Room was clean.
Pull out couch bed was awful. booked that room because had no double rooms.
Location was not good right next to a very busy Golden Corral.

Close to restaurants, pharmacies and theme parks
A/C unit in the room leaked and condensation soaked the carpet around the unit and one of the beds throughout our 9 day stay. We also had an issue with ants as we noticed on the first day of arrival. Staff was notified and the room was fumigate next day.

The first time I stayed at this property, the room was done over freshly remodeled beds were comfortable. Second Time the room was old carpet was ripped bed was uncomfortable

The property was in the perfect location. Only 9-12 minutes from Disney. Great breakfast, peaceful, and a wonderful staff.

No room housekeeping during 5 days.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice.
They didn’t clean our room once over a 6 day stay! They didn’t even come to replenish towels, toilet paper, cups, soap, etc. It was very disappointing for such an expensive stay.

Air conditioner was very strong and couldn’t be turned off (very uncomfortable), can’t open windows so room smelt stuffy and moldy, water pressure in shower is non-existent (awful showers).

Hotel was nice and well maintained, staff was lovely and the breakfast is solid.
location is also a plus, really close to Disney parks, Disney springs and an outlet mall
the bed was comfortable, but the pillows could use a bit of improvement
