The facility is very clean and taken care of. The beds were very comfortable and the toiletries provided were nice. The breakfast was pretty good.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The coffee provided at breakfast was weak and flavorless. Small details that matter such as the caulking in the bathroom tub was dingy, needs to be redone or bleached. The toilet paper holder was broken, the toilet paper kept falling off. The TV screen was dusty and the remote was not clean.

The room was clean and there was breakfast each morning. The pool and hot tub was a plus for me and kids!!

I don’t like the fact that the bathroom faucet had low water pressure but the shower had a lot of water pressure. Also the air conditioner made noise each time it clicked on and off!!!

Nice and friendly front desk employees. Hotel was nice and close to the beach.

The cost was way too high for a standard room. They were pet friendly but fail to advertise they charge $40 dollars a pet per night, so my stay was almost $300 more for service pets. The room during non peak season was already too high priced for what it is. Won't stay here again even though the staff was great and the hotel was descent. Also the beds were stiff.

They supplied all my needs. I was traveling with a person with a cane and a dog and they gave me a comfortable room.

The fact they had a crib available. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was in a great location.

We couldn't have a look out of the window. Directly wall of parking house in front of. Dirt at the wall. Shower is more a trickle than a real shower. Breakfast until 10 a. m., but closing pancakes at 9:40 a. m.

I asked for my final bill was told it would be emailed never received as promised.

Emily was wonderful. housekeeping not so great they didn’t even clean. just made beds and left. hot tub broken and dirty ,shuttle broken if it want for Emily I would have departed but she was so nice.
