Unprofessionalism, lack of customer service, excessive fees and just an overall poor company

The location was a quick drive to both Disney and Universal Parks.

There was soaking wet, mildew smelling carpet in the upstairs hallway when we checked in as well as the air conditioning didn't work. A fan was blowing on the sopping carpet, so obviously someone knew about it, but they never notified us or fixed it until we complained. They sent multiple emails during our stay about excess charges for forgetting things, leaving any trash, staining towels, etc. They even sent an email saying they had photos of everything and would be comparing when we left. They expected perfection from us, yet were incredibly stingy on amenities. No extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. Just the bare minimum. It was not welcoming or hospitable at all.
