	SAN RAMON, California., August 31, 2005 Vacation Renter Solutions announced this week that it has purchased the assets of WebAccommodate Systems Inc, a leading technology company for the electronic distribution of vacation rentals and timeshares. The WebAccommodate Electronic Distribution System is integrated with popular vacation rental management software to provide property managers real time availability and booking on WebAccommodate’s electronic distribution network. “The typical vacation rental manager is unable to allocate inventory, thus the inventory of vacation rentals on electronic travel distribution channels is extremely limited,” said Jeffrey Idso, CEO of Vacation Renter Solutions. “WebAccommodate is a long awaited solution that will give vacation rental mangers the same access to electronic travel channels that hotels have enjoyed for years.” Through Advanced Vacation Rental Automation Technology (AVART), WebAccommodate makes vacation rentals available for real time booking on the travel industry’s electronic distribution channels, from travel portals to the global distribution systems.
