When you walk into this Rendezvous Cabin you will immediately recognize the distinctive touches provided by great architectural design and thoughtful planning and is great for the whole family including pets! A warm and welcoming interior greets you with hardwood floors, stone fireplace, and plush carpeting. The open floor plan is delightful, containing a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, a dining room and living room. Your family or small group will enjoy the extended living area outside on the deck complete with gas grill. The view is not bad either, with views of the ski runs at Winter Park Resort and the Fraser Valley, especially gorgeous at sunrise and sunset! Relaxing is easy in the private outdoor hot tub located on the outdoor deck as you soak away those sore tired muscles after a long day playing in the Winter Park area or skiing at Winter Park Resort. For those that need to check their emails or catch up on the scores of the football game, a tv and DVD player are ready for your use in the family room. Families just love that this home also has a washer/dryer, just a nice touch for parents with kids. Three levels of home with the central living and kitchen on the main level, a main level bedroom for those that have issues with stairs. Lots of opportunities to find a quiet place or to gather together. The main level queen room suite has Queen bed and full bathroom with custom tile, single vanity and shower. On the upper floor of this lovely townhome, the second bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, queen bed and private bathroom. This is also a good spot to get some peace and quiet in the small alcove. The lower level of the townhome offers a dream come true for the master bedroom! This large room has a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, access to the private patio and outdoor hot tub. The master bathroom has a shower, large soaking tub to enjoy after all the outdoor activities on vacation and oversized vanity. The other bedroom on this level is a great area for the children’s getaway – their own bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. No air conditioning. You will find that you can easily access trails for hiking and biking right in the neighborhood directly from this vacation rental. The developers of Rendezvous used an existing trail system and enhanced it with signage for vacationers and full-time residents of the neighborhood. Winter Park Resort plus the towns of Fraser and Winter Park, Colorado are just minutes from your lodging location, a great convenience for someone on the go. A two-car garage provides cover for your vehicle in the winter and plenty of extra storage in the summer for all your hiking and biking gear. Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at this house. 4 spacious bedrooms were great for our group of friends. Hot tub was nice after long days of skiing. House is close in proximity to the town for restaurants, groceries, etc. Only two small issues I had were that there was no hair drier anywhere in the house, and the toaster just burnt all toast due to an issue with its heating element. But those were very minor things, all else was wonderful and we would stay there again!

We liked a lot of things about this property and it is great for 2 families. However, property management needs to get their acts together. The oven was broken causing major changes to our meal plans. We reported it to the property manger and had a few back and forth. Air was not fixed for our 3-day stay. Essentially, we got the excuse of ‘we are busy and short maintenance techs. Sorry.’ The hot tub water also turned green on the 2nd day. If you can’t maintain the property, then don’t rent it!

Great property and views
Loved our stay at this property. We had an issue with the check in - the code provided did not work and had to wait for over an hour to get in. Beyond that, the place is great - great views, comfortable, quiet neighborhood and easy access to trails.

This property was in a great location, very close to the town of Winter Park. It also had gorgeous views from the house. Everything was clean & there was plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

The only thing this property has going for it is the views and the hot tub. First, it is incorrectly advertised as a 2-car garage. It is a 1-car, and this is even after I called to confirm this beforehand. Second, upon arrival, after realizing it was a 1-car garage, we went to the side door of the garage to open it and were greeted with a bag of dog poop by the door in the snow. Third, inside, we were greeted with a scouring pad on the kitchen counter, and a measuring cup in the kitchen sink. Fourth, we went to unpack in the master downstairs and realized one of the sinks did not drain. Also, the surface of the nightstand was not wiped down and we could see old lotion or something wiped off. Fifth, when we called to report it, no one called back and after a second call the next day, a person confirmed someone would be over to fix it. Needless to say, no one ever showed up. Sixth, when we used the hot tub later, there were no beach towels or extra ones for the hot tub. You need to use your bath towel. The hot tub is absolutely incredible and the views are top-notch. Seventh, when we made dinner, we pulled out the plates, and noticed huge chips out of many plates, some dirty water glasses, only one kitchen towel, and few wine glasses. Eighth, going to bed, the children's bunk bed ladder was not very secure. Not dangerous, but not secure. In addition, there were dirty socks under the bunkbeds from a previous guest. Clearly this place did not get cleaned. Ninth, finally, during checkout we were going to take the trash out and put in a new trash bag, No extra trash bags. Decent furniture, beds, views and hot tub, but everything I previously mentioned combined with a high cost and complicated parking for kid's ski lesson at WP made this stay an extremely poor choice. Would not recommend.

This place is excellent. Quality in all aspects from beds, kitchen ware, furniture, etc. views are amazing and the location was so perfect to enjoy the town of WP, hiking trails and skiing. Fantastic property!

Overall great stay and one memorable experience for sure. However, a 10AM checkout time seemed a bit rushed, and uncomfortable. Along with the late check in time of 4PM. Other than that nothing negative to say about our stay. Thank you

Good location, nicely maintained
Overall, we had a really good experience staying here. The property is as advertised and well located. The grill works well and the kitchen is quite well stocked. Views are gorgeous. The room upstairs is stuffy and not comfortable. Those who need to acclimate to altitudes above 8K ft should probably stay at street or basement level. It should be noted that the property management company is very strict about check out rules. So please follow them to the tee if you would like to not be charged.

The house is very nice, with a lovely view. The kitchen has good equipment and plenty of dishes. We used the grill most evenings and appreciated that there were no propane tanks to deal with since it was piped to natural gas. The living area around the fire place is not too large, but our family of four adults and one toddler fit in well. We spent many hours on the deck and enjoyed the mountain views. The hummingbird feeder was very busy, we refilled it several times since there was sugar in the cupboard when we arrived.
We found the main floor bedroom comfortable, even without a second set of drawers. Our son and daughter-in-law used the master when they joined us. The beds we used were comfortable. We appreciated the gate at the top of the stairs for our grandson.
The trails in the area made for interesting walks, and the mountain bikes were generally very considerate of walkers. This trip we did not take advantage of the town services, except for the grocery stores, but Fraser looks like it offers good restaurant options.
We hope to spend time there again!

House was not clean as assured by management
We really liked the house itself, great views of the valley and an awesome deck. It's located in a masterplan community called Rendezvous and while there are other houses all around it doesn't feel crowded as each house is nestled in it's own wooded area, real pretty community with trails right outside the door but... when I called the management company (Stay Winter Park) before booking I was assured they did a deep "Covid" clean between guests - that was NOT the case, at all..
The common kitchen/living room area was pretty filthy. The leather sofas were sticky and had fingerprints on them. Floors had dog hair and were also sticky. Carpeted areas had dog hair and looked to have not been vacuumed (or an inferior vacuum was used)
We appreciate the owners allowing pets which is great (we had a very small lapdog with us) and of course it's to be expected there will be dog hair in places but if I'm finding dog hair everywhere? that tells me the house was not properly cleaned. The bathrooms seemed pretty clean (except the m/b tub it had dead bugs and stains in it - we didn't even consider using it)
We all spent 45 minutes doing a once over with our own cleaning supplies (none were provided by mgmt that we could find nor even a vacuum) that's inexcusable
Nobody watched much TV but NONE of the TVs had functioning cable access (all the cables appear to have been cut), the only TV that worked was the living room and all that offered was Netflix using the WIFI access
Multiple light bulbs were out, a couple of the ceiling fans did not work, the kitchen faucet seemed to only have hot water - If I was the owner of this house (assessed at 851k) I would be very concerned as to my choice in property management. Staff over the phone were courteous and pleasant - but when you can't even gain access to the house because the remote front door lock wasn't functioning (a previous renter's review also had the same issue) and when you have to clean the house yourself upon arrival?! - that's not good, not good at all

Poorly managed property
We arrived at the home only to have to shovel the snow off the steps and entrance to the home. They were icy and a mess. No ice melt around.
We then were unable to get into the home. The code we were given was not the correct code. After being on hold and a long conversation and trial at the front desk, we were given the correct code to enter the home.
After unloading our truck and cars we found a major issue in the basement of the home where the master bedroom and bunk bed rooms are located. At the bottom of the stairs there was a lot of water damage. Water continued to leak through the ceiling into a light fixture and onto the wood floor that had caused the floor to buckle in several locations. The water continued to leak at a damaging pace. This was particularly concerning after one of the maintenance men stated to me that he submitted a report regarding this leak back in October and it appears no one has fixed it.
Other issues we encountered when we arrived were some of the switches in the electrical breaker box needed to be switched on to have power in some of the rooms, several light bulbs burned out, the clock battery was dead, dirty dishes, dirty sheets with dog hair on them on the bunk beds and trundle bed under the bunk bed.
I also called again on day 2 of our stay when we found out the toilet in the master bedroom would not flush d/t the stopper being broke at the chain connection. A different maintenance man was able to come over and fix this issue.
The front desk was very nice and felt bad for the issues we were having. We were offered 2 different places to relocate to both which were smaller and older and would not house our family. This is terrible customer service. A down grade is not helpful for a family vacation.
This home has so much potential and has a great set-up for a vacation home, but all of the issues I mentioned are due to poor management. I hope to get this message out so this particular home owner and others will be aware of the management issues.
