Peggy’s Cottage is a comfortable place to hang your hat. The one-bedroom and one bath cottage is completely restored. It is bright, fresh, and cozy with an expansive set of windows. Wisteria and English Ivy grow abundantly around the cottage. With contactless check-in and parking a few feet from the front door, in and out is quick and easy. The covered front porch with two adirondacks, a fan, and a small grill make relaxing easy and fun. The cottage is on a Lake Hamilton peninsula with a lake view from the front porch. A walk in the neighborhood will take you past one of the largest estates on Lake Hamilton and Knollwood Heights, which is the former Raymond Clinton property, uncle to Bill, who spent his summers on the lake. Lakeside dining and Kayak rentals are within a mile, Oaklawn Racing Resort, and Casino 3 miles, and historic downtown 4 miles.

Hot Springs is always one of our most frequented spots of the year to visit, and every Valentine’s Day it’s a tradition… Truly loved staying by the lake this time around and enjoying the scenery of Lake Hamilton neighborhood and the local businesses … Looking forward to returning soon…! The Cottage was the perfect addition to our long awaited visit …. We will return!! Thank you

Came down to Hamilton on a short fishing trip, booked Peggy’s cottage for one night. The house was very clean and and the bed was comfortable. Alan was very quick to respond to any messages as well. Would definitely book this place again.

I appreciated how clean, quiet, and comfortable the property was. All of the surfaces-hard and soft-were clean. The subdivision was quiet, friendly, and fun to walk-a bald eagle flew right over us. It was perfectly comfortable for two adults. Would’ve still been comfortable with a third adult or older child.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, little cottage. It had everything we needed as a home base for our explorations of Hot Springs and Little Rock. Clean and quiet, we couldn’t have been happier.

It was perfect for our stay. Easy to find, and we felt like our vehicles were safe. Kitchen was well appointed for our needs, and everything was very soft — Blankets, towels, sheets, furniture.

It was the perfect size for two people. Especially the fact that we were lying to see many of the sites in the area. Comfortable and clean. The owner was extremely friendly and very helpful when we needed anything.

A very well kept cottage in lovely lakeside neighborhood. The front porch was the perfect place to unwind get some zen. I spent most of my stay on the porch. A peekaboo view of the lake was very nice. Access to hot springs center was super easy.

Peggy’s Cottage was the perfect spot for a quick trip to Hot Springs with my daughter. It was super convenient and close to all the fun spots we wanted to visit.

The cottage was quiet and we had everything we needed. The only drawback is that it is a stone’s throw from the lake but there is no view of the lake from the cottage. You cannot walk down to the lake without trespassing on someone’s property.

Spent time in Hot Springs to relax after seeing friends. It is a really nice town and certainly worth a visit. The Cottage was a fantastic place to stay.

My husband and I had a short vacation away on Father's Day weekend and Peggy's Cottage was perfect for us. Nice large master suite with plenty of space for 2 people. The dining table was a high top with metal chairs and the kitchen did not have a stove/oven: it has a single hot plate and a toaster oven as a substitute. Alan did a wonderful job giving us everything we needed and made the check-in and check-out process easy.

Nice quiet neighborhood within easy access of all sites in Hot Springs. Glad to see a full size coffee maker and the Ninja oven was neat and worked fine. Only issue was the TV would randomly lose the signal. Vines on the Dish? Otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The cottage was located in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening and met a few of the very friendly neighbors. Had an issue with the TV and Alan took care of the issue right away. Alan was very responsive and a great host! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again the future!

Peggy's Cottage was perfect for our stay recently in Hot Springs. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well kept overall. Be sure to read the description of the kitchen as I failed to do that and missed that the "oven" was not a full oven but that was my mistake. Didn't cause a problem overall; just had to adjust our meals! I do think they could add a few more plates to the dishes available. Alan was very thorough in communication and easy to work with. Great information provided on restaurants which we tried and they were all excellent! I recommend this cottage to any couple traveling in the area!
