We really enjoyed our stay at Avenida Upper. Living space is brighter than the photos lead on. Pool area has a nice mix of shade & sun, and only 5 min walk to beach!

Such a great location that is easy walking distance to everything. A grocery store across the street, tons of restaurants all a few short minutes away. The pool was a great shady place to spend the hot afternoons after time at the beach.

We loved this property. Having a pool that was shared with just another unit was fantastic and the location could not have been better. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location close to town… love pool area! We had a chair break but let the owner know he may need to replace deck stuff they were super nice and got right back to me! Awesome stay

We loved our stay in Siesta Key. The property couldn't be located in a better spot. Walkable to a grocery store, coffee, restaurants, ice cream and of course the beautiful white sand beaches of Siesta Key. Owners provided beach carts, chairs and toys to make the short walk even easier. Having a private heated pool and spa was perfect. Being able to enjoy it during the chilly December nights and mornings came in clutch with the kids. Just about anything that you would need is provided here and we can't wait to come back!

The owners were in constant contact with me and the house was exactly like the photos. I agree with other posts that it would be difficult to sleep 6. We had a group of 5 and it was a tight fit with 3 kids 14-18. Great location and the pool was awesome!

This was a great property, conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! My family (of 8) enjoyed the pool and meeting the downstairs neighbors. It was exactly what we were looking for and what was advertised!

You don’t need a car at all, everything is walking distance…food, shuttle, beach etc! The owners responded right away to any questions!! I would say this sleeps more 6 to 7.. 8 would be very tight! Thank you for a great trip!
