Just old and used up. Trash around property.

The hotel served our purpose and was in a good location altho we could hear highway traffic quite well, right outside our window.

Initial impression: Attractive lobby & guest room
Upon further review: Room was not as clean as it looked; cable TV was not working due to some kind of systems failure; at check-in we were not informed about how to use stove-top so we thought it didn't work (we later learned, at check-out, that there was a timer). A simple continental
breakfast would be a welcome addition.

Little was in the room in the way of utensils, pots and pans, etc for an extended stay. The staff said they will provide what is needed if asked. I thought the bedding would not be warm enough as the weather was getting cool (mid-Oct). The front desk individual was kind enough to bring 2 heavy blankets to our room. As it turned out,
they weren’t needed after all. Comfortable room- spacious.

Hotel is okay. Dated but only used for one night. Right off I70, so good location.
Floors were tacky for some reason and the heating/cooling unit was loud but overall okay for the money.

We only stayed for one night but the room was clean, quiet area, and staff was very friendly. Only thing we didn’t like was the Parking situation but nothing crazy!

Bed had 3 legs, light bulbs burned out, people living there had burned food so whole floor smelled. It was not great.

The property was good enough and priced well for our needs. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator and the staff was friendly. We stayed there less than 12 hours so it met our needs. On the down side, the room reaked of marijuana, the TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, and the bathroom didn't have a fan. The property was a bit beaten up. For our needs it was fine and the price was right but if I was staying in the area longer I probably wouldn't stay there.

Walls were a bit thin, you could hear your neighbors, but not too bad. Check in was seamless I was able to get a room same night. Great staff

The rooms smell strongly from cleaning (sweet, lemony scent). I found a hair on my pillow. A light bulb was out in the bathroom. A/C unit was extremely loud.
Worst of all, my smoke alarm started chirping every 30 seconds at 11pm. When I called the from desk, they said Maintenance would be up to fix it. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called back down and they said they didn't have anyone on maintenance duty but they could put me in a new room. New room was fine.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Luckily we could open a window because cleaning solution smell was pretty strong. Location is great, close to interstate and bars and restaurants. I thought it wasa little pricey but all hotels were expensive. There's a little kitchenette with microwave and fridge.

Economic, quiet, easy parking/access.
Terrible coffee maker. Check utensils if you plan on using kitchenette, as ours was missing quite a few basics. A note about your "safety feature" of having your stove hooked up to a timer would be nice rather than trying to figure that out by trial and error.

These rooms are large and well equipped. Service is very good but the TV did not work last night until maintenance came and this morning there is no internet until maintenance comes. Otherwise, very nice

Ok the problem is the AC. I booked a 2 bed room suite for my family of 3 adults and 2 kids. It is July and it is Colorado but still it is hot. There were two tiny AC units which had some sort of thermostat problem. We all could not sleep until 3:00 am after opening two tiny windows and waiting for the weather to cool down. Bottom line this place is not good for summer conditions.

Staff were great, room clean. Now the bad, over priced, floor was so creaky I thought I was in my grandmas house. No breakfast (no biggie) not even coffee in the lobby offered to guests in the morning. Even cheap hotels do that. We had no choice but to take this room on our travels.

We are 80 years old and were given a room the furthest away from everything, room 310. Hotel was empty?

Hotel was ok but shower didn’t work at all in the morning and it was too late to do anything- just had to leave. Also they have a sign that they have breakfast but they definitely do not serve it anymore- so that was confusing.

The room had bed bugs. It was smelly. The beds had hair follicles. They provided 1 bathroom for 6 People. Wash Basin was clogged. No Exhaust Fan. Negative in all perspective. I would rate 0/5

The staff was very helpful. We booked a handicap room and had issues with getting the right room. The staff was super helpful and fixed the issue. But, it was telling that the hotels own system did not define what rooms had what bathrooms to meet the accessibility needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But things in general are in need of repair. Clear that this is a corporate / management issue. Great location and easy access. For the price, iffy.

We had to move rooms because the toilet was leaking and the TV didn’t work. The next room the outlets didn’t work and it took all week long for them to get us a coffee maker. It was iffy at best
