The motel is perfect for tourists travelling by car since parking is very easy. Free breakfast is available in the morning. Large rooms and nice staff people. The Motel is 5 minute driving from the town center of North Adam. There is a restaurant nearby, or you need the car to reach the town centre.

I arrived well after midnight, but called ahead and my room was waiting for me. The room was clean and it was in a safe area. Definitely worth the money!

I love The Villager! This is a well-kept, humble little roadside Motel at a great price. The rooms are comfortable, and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. Nothin fancy, and definitely worth it.
One small issue was that the hot water took a LONG time to come out of the shower. And it never really got beyond warm.

I gave a lot of 5 stars, and I was wondering if I was being over the top since this is not a luxury hotel, but I realized it is not supposed to be a luxury hotel. It was exactly what you want from an affordable motel. The staff was nice, the room was comfortable and very clean, the location was pretty, and the breakfast was simple, but good quality. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean, nice room. Felt safe. It’s outside of williamstown and in an area where my phone didn’t work well but thankfully they provide free WiFi. Only thing that could be improved was bathroom needs a shelf or someplace to put your toiletries. Tiny bathroom.

Room was very neat and clean. Could have used a small box of facial tissue and a small tube of toothpaste. Also with the pedestal bath sink, it was difficult to find room for your personal toiletries. For the price, it was worth these minor inconveniences. I absolutely would book again.

The pride the owners take in this property is apparent. Clean, cute, well maintained. If all small properties were this lovely, I would stay away from the big chains.

The motel is just outside of Williamstown, and a15 min. drive from North Adams. It is very quiet, and the quality of the rooms, breakfast and amenities is excellent. One of the best "value for money" and comfortable locations we've stayed at. The town and college are beautiful, with two world-class art galleries, plus a short drive to Mass MoCA.

This place is OK. Rooms are small, bathroom tiny. It is well-maintained. Mattress was exceedingly soft. Nice thing is that there is maid service that changed the towels and made the bed. Very convenient parking right in front of door to room. Seems like a 1950's style motel. Continental breakfast only.

Lobby/breakfast area was tiny. Only 1 ice machine, was located in the office. While it was good shape overall, you could tell this place was built in the 1950s, maybe.

We have been staying here for 20 years. The owners have made enormous efforts to update the place, and we love it. Breakfast included, but somehow, we have never tried it.

This is what every self respecting motel should be - clean, well maintained, offering a decent breakfast, toiletries and with everything needed when travelling - a fridge, microwave and iron. Thank you for making us welcome and providing a nice nights stay.

We were very happy with our stay! We did find 2 things that could use improvement. First, too much furniture in the room, the old sofa should be removed. Second, the continental breakfast was off-putting. I don't want to see half-filled cereal containers on the counter during check-in. Otherwise, housekeeping staff was kind and outstanding!

It's a small unpretentious family run business. The room we stayed in was very good and worthy of 4 stars, and that was what counted. The rest of the place was small and ordinary, with no real facilities. The breakfast area, for example, was basically bedroom-sized with two or three tables and shared with the motel's receptionist. Don't be misled; we liked and were satisfied by the place; it was just more "rustic" than we expected. But we would stay there again; no complaints.

This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable motel. Its's an old fashioned style motel, but the rooms have been renovated and updated. The staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Very straightforward and correct. Outstandingly clean and well-appointed. Simple breakfast. Nice picnic tables outside and adirondack chairs, also a dual adironack chair set with shared table outside each room. Just what we wanted in a clean, comfortable, convenient overnight.
