We were very pleased with our stay. We were there during a busy time. We had a room with a shared bath and it was no problem at all. The place was immaculate! The breakfast was very good and had some nice options. We would definitely stay again.

The Ocean Park Inn is a beautiful property close to the Boardwalk and Ocean. The owners are friendly and helpful. We have been staying at the Ocean Grove Inn for the past four years anytime we go to Ocean Grove.

The Ocean Park Inn was a great place to stay! We wanted somewhere we could go for a beach getaway from NYC without a car. The Inn was easily accessible by NJ Transit and just a 5 min walk to the beach. The place was very clean and quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend.

Great location in the historic district of Ocean Grove. Short walk to the beach. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

It was ok. Just bed was very small for 2 people. The steps to the floors were very steep and narrow. caution for elderly people, bed linens wasn’t crispy fresh like in house. My husband didn’t sleep all night! We left not even use free breakfast! General it is just ok for 1 nights and I like it was super close to beach and sidewalk! I really enjoyed walk in the evening and in the morning!

Quaint B n' B in Ocean Grove on a very quiet and safe street. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was limited but very good. The bathrooms are shared but there are also shared decks/porches that are very nice. There is also a nice little guest lounge with a TV. The place is within walking distance to the boardwalk and all Asbury Park attractions such as the Stone Pony. Highly recommend poking around the town of Ocean Grove which is a very cool throwback town with tons of Victorian architecture. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable house. Peaceful stay access to porches and kitchen area. The bed-and-breakfast was close to the beach 2 1/2 blocks. We had a nice stay.

Shower is small, my daughter found a blond strand of hair in her fritata but she didn’t tell anyone or me about it, I found out about it later on. My breakfast was great. I was happy to see an extra bed in our room. I would definitely go back and stay there again👍

great establishment, location and experience

Dominick and his family are absolutely the sweetest folk out there! Check in did not start until 4 pm but they were so accommodating and allowed my party to come in early use the facilities and get ready for the beach which was a less then a 5 min walk. You truly feel like your joining their home for your stay, filled with pictures of their family at the beach and throughout the years . I can’t say a single bad thing about this place!

Great and affordable stay. Quick walk to Ocean Grove Beach. Free off street parking and hosts provide beach passes on site for cheaper than on app. Thank you for a great stay!

Small BnB with small rooms. Clean and ok overall but highly overpriced.

The manager/owner was super friendly and made me feel welcome. This morning as I left, he had hot coffee and breakfast for me. The location is close to the beach and easy to have access to the beach and boardwalk. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed the pleasant stay. The host were very nice and welcoming. The food was just as good. It was clean and quiet,just what we were looking for. The beach was walking distance which was very convenient. We would stay there again!!

My boyfriend and I both have family in the area but we live in Philly. We wanted to enjoy a trip to the shore without having to tell anyone we were there and just enjoy a nice getaway from the city. Ocean Park Inn was perfect for us. It was comfortable, clean, and the owner and his son were lovely people that made our experience even better. We were able to borrow beach chairs, store our leftovers in the fridge, and even walk over to the cute little park across the street to hangout and hear the live music from the stone pony. We have decided that we are going to try and spend a weekend or two there every summer from now on.

Our stay at Ocean Park Inn was perfect for the two nights we spent down the shore. Accommodations are simple, but perfect for a chill trip to the beach. We were able to borrow towels and beach chairs which was helpful for a multi-day stay. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly.

Quite & safe place. Friendly and good communication with owner. I was happy to have window AC in our room. Bedroom nice and comfortable. Sharing bathroom was absolutely no issue. Would definitely stay again.

I wish I was staying longer than one night but so glad I found this AMAZING place. Check-in was seamless and a great introduction to the area. The room was spacious and spotless. The amenities are exactly as described and the common spaces were pristine. This being a bed and breakfast, I wasn’t sure if the noise would be an issue…I heard nothing. Love Asbury but the cost to stay overnight can be painful. This place is maybe 15 minutes away from the boardwalk through a beautiful neighborhood. I found my go to spot for my trips to the shore! Excellent location to Main Street and walking distance to Asbury Park. Easy and unpaid street parking. Friendly staff, very quiet, and charming bed and breakfast.

The B&B is very well located, clean and neat. It serves a nice breakfast. However, the comfort level could be enhanced. My room was up 2 steep flights and a bit minimalist.

Dominic was a great host, as was visiting sister Claudia.

Loved staying here! There was shared bathrooms but we got used to it and people were respectful

I needed a room last minute, just for me. I stayed in the small room with two twin beds. It was perfect, the tiny balcony on the third floor was always empty so I was able to sit there reading in the evening and in the morning. It was as if I had a private balcony. Dominic was really kind and breakfast was good.

This was a delightful stay. Our second time staying there and it was wonderful. Father and son were friendly and attentive.
