Overall it was a good stay. You get what you pay for. Decent breakfast. I was there for the marathon and they had snacks for the runners early on race day which was nice. The hallways wreaked of weed. I’m sensitive to the smell so that irked me a bit. The shower was really nice, lots od shelf space and nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied. They ran out of regular room coffee so all that was in the room was decaf but they had coffee downstairs. I would stay again but use the closed door to get to my room to avoid the smelly hallways as much as possible.

Room was clean but needing an upgrade As others have said there was a slight smell in our room not overpowering though. The other couple with us gad a strong cat urine smell in there room but we’re soon given another room which was much better. Breakfast was ok, nothing special .

Check in was seamless, staff very nice to deal with. Room a bit dated but good size. All the typical amenities in the room. Overall, a comfortable stay.

We stayed 2 nights recently. The saving grace was the staff. They were fantastic. Friendly and helpful. The room was ok. Our window on the main floor did not lock. However the front desk staff was able to find a solution that worked for us. The room was relatively clean, however it was obviously smoked in at some point. The room was subject to every door opening, person walking down the hallway, person walking above, and a very early morning garbage truck pick up. So, if you need quiet not sure it would be suitable.
Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast fare, nothing spectacular but nice to have.
I cannot say enough about the staff though. Every interaction was positive, friendly and they at times went well out of their way to be very helpful.

Staff was so friendly and very accomadating. Romm was just what we needed a bed clean room very accomodating. Breakfast was excellent and so much to choose from. I will definitely stay here again on our many trips to Fargo. One of the best stays for a great price.

My room was clean and I had a King Size bed we slept well, mattress was on the firmer side. They have a bar lounge attached to the hotel which was very convenient. Very good service in the bar.

Our 2 night stay was for a quick trip of shopping. The hotel was Ok, price was right. It is a little worn-out and does need some upgrades. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Convenient location to 13th Ave, West Acres Mall and I29.

The hotel is a bit older, was going thru a remodel and was clean and the help was friendly. Hotel is located close to the mall and eateries.

The hotel is older but they continue to do Reno’s in fact when we were there for the Feb. 18th long weekend they were applying a fresh coat of paint to the hallways. The team they have hired are a very conscientious group. The hotel was quiet and couldn’t hear a thing from the other rooms. Their breakfast has good options. It would be nice if they could add some fresh fruit to their breakfast. Otherwise we would go back to this hotel

The room smelled like what some people do after smoking when the spray Febreeze all over the place. I couldn't be in the room. The bathroom was dirty too. I couldn't even stay in the room more than 15 minutes due to the odors. When I complained, staff was friendly, but helpless. I ended up not staying. I just drove through the night back to my home.

For being a ghetto hotel, they charged my card 250 bucks on a prepaid room. Even the residence inn only charges about $1.36 deposit upfront. Its been 2 weeks and is still not on my account.

Bed linen was flirty & staff brought new linen but left it to us to make the beds. No apology or bother to look. Loud & day workers made it unsafe. Dirty all the way around. Horrible experience

The room was very nice, spacious & clean. Having The Box on the property was nice since it was a -40 wind chill outside. Didn't want to travel around. Staff was super nice helping me get equipment back to my Uber after helping me jump my car. This place was excellent & I know I'll stay there again!

Cleanliness seemed okay, at least for a hotel, but there was a big splatter of somethinf on the ceiling. Someone else chose this hotel for me, but I did not realize there was not an elevator and they could not get me on the first floor. This made it difficult for me when alone with my two small children when I could not use a stroller.

My room is by entryway and the door slams super loud and hotel guests hanging outside my room door and on stairs making my dog bark. Also big gap at bottom of my door

when we showed up it seemed like we were sent to a "leftover room" rather than a reserved room. The gal said "let me go check on room 152" and then called back to tell the gal it was ok to check us in. Mind you this was way after check in time so it should have been ready regardless. There were grills out in the parking lot like people just camp out there and there were people smoking cigarettes & weed RIGHT OUTSIDE the doors. At one point when we went to shower there was black crap that had came up from the drain which we believe was caused by the people above us showering and causing it to back up because it was "clean" when we first checked in. Very sketchy area and I wouldn't recommend staying there at all.
