Simply amazing we never wanted to leave and the host was like a helpful friend giving us local recommendations that made the trip even better. If we ever visit San Francisco again we hope this place is available it was amazing.

We loved this new and modern home in Point Richmond. We enjoyed the views of the 3 bridges and the walks around the neighborhood. It had everything we need to make meals for our 10-day stay, the beds were comfortable and the we appreciated the little extras like cloth table napkins and food storage containers. We look forward to staying again on our next trip!

We came to the bay area for a wedding and decided to stay here rather than at a hotel and this was the right decision. The views are incredible. It is a very quiet and private area with a great walk/hike to the beach and a park overlooking the water. The fresh air was awesome to breathe in. Overall, a perfect place to relax. Bill left us plenty of cleaning supplies and extra tissues/toilet paper/towels, etc. I would recommend having a professional cleaning crew prepare the place before guests arrive. Also, an extra blanket would be nice to cuddle with outside especially in the evening or on a windy day. I would definitely come back and stay here. It only took 30 minutes to get into SF and 25 minutes to Mill Valley where the wedding was held. I much prefer this oasis to staying at a hotel.

What a great place to stay in the Bay area. With a beautiful view over the bay towards the Golden Gate Bridge and the SF Skyline. In a very clean, safe and calm area this place is worth a recommendation. We have been here for a week and felt more than satisfied from the super clean and perfect organized house and the generous supply with all kitchen and bath amenities. At our next stay we will come back definitely. Thank you William for being a perfect host!

I stayed at Michael’s place with my 2 sons and a friend. The house was a great layout, ocean views that reached the Golden Gate Bridge. Quiet neighborhood and quick, easy access to the highway.

Wonderful view. So clean. Everything needed as supplied for our 3-night stay. I especially enjoyed the Fig Balsamic Vinegar. No complaints concerning this VRBO. If you are traveling from out of state, there are tolls for each bridge crossing… use the fastrack dot org, online license plate account.

The house is great for two couples or a family of 4 as the rooms both have a full bathroom attached. Being outside and seeing the bay and the landscaped lawn on the patio area was a joy. But the table and seating allowed for relaxing conversation. So many things to do in the nearby towns that we didn’t cook there however the kitchen has all you’d need if you wanted to do so. We were very pleased.

Loved staying in this cool little house with wonderful views. Everything was spotless, the house had everything we needed, beds were comfy, and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Really great accommodations in the exact location we needed to be. Beautiful, brand new place. Wish we had had more time to enjoy the view of all three bridges from the front porch. Not a view you can easily find anywhere else!

In town vacationing for a couple of nights; these accommodations were simply ideal. Particularly enjoyed the patio!

Must stay when visiting San Francisco. Close to downtown San Francisco, Golden Gate Park and the surrounding areas. Comfortable and clean. All necessary accommodations with a lovely patio overlooking San Francisco Bay snd the Golden Gate Bridge. Parking is a big plus too. Will definitely return.

William’s property is one of the nicest properties my family and I have stayed. He was incredibly communicative and flexible. If we make it back out to San Francisco will definitely try to stay at his property.

This place is amazing. It was comfortable with an awesome view. The neighborhood was unexpectedly fun and easy to access. The location was perfect for us and easy to get to everything we wanted. We loved our stay!!!

We stayed at this wonderful location for two nights while attending a business meeting in Oakland. The house is outstanding… Very well thought out, light and bright and modern. The view of the bay is breathtaking… And the neighborhood itself is charming. I highly highly recommend this place at this price. It’s a little bit north of San Francisco, but so worth it!

What a gem this was. A very modern, bright, airy, well equipped house with great views in a very cool location. William was a pleasure to communicate with and incredibly helpful. Occasionally you get very lucky on VRBO with a rental that is better than you could have imagined, this was one of those times!

Great location and rental is brand new and fully equipped. The view and the sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will return. The owners were a joy to work with.
