Sehr schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage zur Innenstadt, zum Fenway Park und zur U Bahn

Bei der Reservierungsbestätigung hätte darauf hingewiesen werden sollen, dass das Hotel nach dem einchecken die Kreditkarte mit zusätzlich $100 Caution pro Tag belastet. Diese werden zwar in der Regel nicht verrechnet. Es gab aber zunächst doch Diskussionen.

Pleasant time with my family

The Staff were so friendly, so professional, and I think they add more value to the hotel and they make it even special beside the location. They deserve five stars .. thanks to all of them specially Mike who helped me find better room during our celebration of my son graduation.

We stopped off in Boston on our way to NYC with our college bound daughter. We had lovely stay.

I loved the customer service. The staff were engaging, helpful, and nice. The ambiance was nice.

There was no coffee maker in the room.

Lovely Visit to Boston (Again)

The hotel is lovely and in a great location.

The only negative in our opinion was that there was no tea or coffee in the rooms - there was a hot drinks station for a few hours in the morning.

Reggelit 1x, de az edző termet nem vettem igénybe .Túl nagy reggeli adag számomra .Metróhoz nagyon közeli fekvés, minden könnyen megközelíthető .

The lenox is my favorite hotel in Boston

The location of the hotel is perfect when visiting Boston. Lots of dining options and things to do are very close. The history of the hotel makes it very charming and comfortable. The lobby bar is one of my favorite places to get a cocktail in Boston. Very nice staff.

Fitness center need to be upgraded.

A wonderful stay - great staff!

The staff were amazing! I happened to mention that it was our anniversary, and they sent up a hand-written card and a complementary bottle of sparkling wine!

The soundproofing at the doors was not terrific, but that's not unusual for a beautiful old building such as this.

the hotel is highly decorated very beautiful the room I stayed in was very comfortable everything was well thought and clean. the hotel staff were very kind and helpful and the location is right near the convention center and you have lots of shopping malls and nice streets nearby

Another excellent stay at The Lenox and I will definitely return when next in Boston

I have not stayed at The Lenox for 10 years. I returned to The Lenox because my previous stays were excellent and I was not disappointed. All of the staff are unfailingly polite, cheerful and helpful. The housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate. The room size was very good and, as I had requested, it was a quiet room. Good choice of breakfast menu and all the food I ate in the hotel was a good quality. Unlike many larger hotels in Boston, The Lenox has a wonderful homely welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is in a perfect location for many nearby restaurants and bars, there is a transport stop (the T) one block from the hotel which makes it very easy to get around the city if you don't want to walk. If you like walking, it's only about 10 to 15 minutes to Boston Common and from there you can walk downtown or to the harbour front. You can also do a lovely walk alongside the Charles River.

My only criticism is that the Bar seemed to be used quite a bit by younger people whom I'm not sure were staying at the hotel so it was difficult, as a resident, to find somewhere to sit if you just wanted a drink in the evening although you could go into the main restaurant and sit at their bar.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Loved the location, close to shops and restaurants. Staff was wonderful! They allowed us to check in early as we had an appointment at BCH. They even gave our daughter a stuffed animal as a souvenir. Highly recommend.
