What a great place has too be one of our favorite stays in India 🇮🇳 Both staff and owner are there for every need and wish we all felt totally relaxed and at home. Thank you

We liked the location as it’s a little away from the main city but not very far. Easy to locate on maps. Seems like a nice, cosy place for the price.

The number on Google is never reachable. Once you’re there, the number of the person in charge is almost always busy (not guests) or there is no response. A simple request like hot milk for a baby took an unreasonable time to be fulfilled every single time despite recreated reminders and the milk was always boiling which took further time to cool down. The door locks in our room and bathroom were a pain to operate. Too many gaps in the doors and windows makes the room uncomfortably cold at night. There are no heaters (I think they can be provided at an extra charge) We’re very happy with basic food but the food wasn’t well prepared - neither the breakfast or the dinner. Idly was sour once, portion sizes were insufficient when we ordered dinner, tea tasted horrible to average always. Tea was being served in cups due to which it turned cold in a few minutes. This was after repeated requests to serve hot beverages in a flask. Spoons and forks were hardly given with food and by the time they came, the food used to turn cold. We were a group a 7 - not even once were the cutleries in the correct number. No sufficient power backup even for a light to operate in the room and washroom even if it’s battery operated. Bed linens and towels were dirty, extra pillows were heavily stained and without covers. When this was brought to their attention, the reply was that it was cleaned but stains stayed and they are clean otherwise. We’ve stayed at several Homestays earlier with similar limitations but with great focus on food, stay and warmth. This place is cold and on the mercy of uncaring, untrained staff who never seemed to have the intent to make the stay comfortable for us. The owners aren’t on the property, closeby or available on phone. We didn’t get a message or call even once asking if everything was alright. Maybe we have been lucky with our earlier experiences where the owners went out of the way to make the stay memorable.

the money was little high we were about to leave for second day and we pay 25%more to them and about that time the behaviour of the owner was changed a bit also which was the rude part otherwise it was good and the facilities are also good
