Whatever little I liked the room, the overall experience sucked!

Zero hospitality. Rude staff and the owner. No professionalism or etiquettes. I booked it based on reviews but I couldn't find a single positive thing here. It was like an orphanage for the guests. There was never a single person on the desk. They didn't bother to check that I had extended my stay by a day and rudely asked me to vacate the room when I was outside. Worse still, after waiting for long to make the payment I walked a few steps to a nearby shop to get some snacks and keep my heavy bags there, the owner had the audacity to accuse me of escaping without making the payment. Worst experience ever.

You could order local food on time and they serve it in room. I am not sure if the food is cooked in a real restaurant because they supply toast and omelet but no salt/pepper. They bring you food but not water to drink. I have never been to a hotel where bottle water is not available.
