Apr 2021You wont be disappointed staying here, everything was so good, Pool , Room and all other amenities were just too good.. Jala Naik was such a great host and owner of the property was a nice person. Condolim Beach is just 5 mins walking distance. I would definitely suggest this place to my friends.

Kitchenette was decent but if they would have given a Hot plate it would have been better. Some basic toiletries would have been great. Also No way to contact the staff or reception.

There is no catering or food/ beverage service or availability.
It was the eve of Easter Sunday so I expected there to be less staff at night. But there was absolutely no one there or contactable after 11.00 pm.

Dec 2022The property is located at a very convenient location. Beaches and good restaurants are at walking distance. The pool is clean and has a lovely surroundings.
The hotel's management is least bothered about guests privacy. While we were returning to our room in the evening we saw one of the hotel staff showing our room to another guest. Our luggage was totally unpacked and everything was scattered.
This is an absolute breach of privacy for any guest. Our things are very personal and the management should understand that its totally wrong to even open a guests room unless for housekeeping.

Sep 2022The location. Very close to the beach and to many restaurants. Swimming pool was clean. Staff was very courteous and extremely professional. Ms. Jala & Mr. Damodar deserve a special mention. I wish to thank them both for ensuring that my daughter & I had a very comfortable stay.
The rooms had big black ants and saw a couple of small cockroaches emerging from behind the microwave. Apart from that everything was on point.

Oct 2022The hotel management (especially I would like to mention Mrs. Jala Naik) was very professional, friendly and supportive. The check-in was very quick and we were given a quick tour and information about all the hotel amenities that we could use. The design for the rooms, the setting of the trees in the campus and the swimming pool is very beautiful.
The hotel location is right on the Candolim main road, which provides for good access to Panjim, Baga beach and Calangute beach. Lots of shops, restaurants & other amenities nearby. Easy access to rent a bike, which was right outside the hotel.
The only thing where the hotel could improve is to make available good breakfast in their hotel as part of the package. We had to spent lot of time in finding a good breakfast hotel as majority of the hotels are designed for lunch, dinner and drinks, so we ended up spending lot of morning time, which we could have utilized for visiting more tourist spots. Also I would like to mention here that the hotel does provide a partner restaurant phone number, but it takes lot of time for the food delivery.
