Mariners Bay Resort

The manager made sure he could help whenever possible. the room was always tidy and clean. there was a shuttle twice a day to mandrem beach. good communication. beautiful view from the restaurant. the pool is nice. the hotel booked a taxi from the airport to pick me up which was amazing, thank you.

for a female traveler, the male staff was very intrusive, asking for my phone number and wanting to take me out for dinner etc, I felt very uncomfortable. the staff played loud music until late at night and I had to call several times so I could finally sleep. no vegan breakfast except for bread with jam, even though I asked before hand. the hotel Is far off everything , no shops around, so consider that you'll pay a fair bit for transportation to other places.

The Breakfast is served in the adjoining Resort Restaurant . The Resort is in a peaceful location with lot of Greenery.The Serviced Apartments are really huge with both Balconies facing Greenery.A living Room is there which can also accommodate 2 adults on Queen size sofa cum bed. A kitchenette is there with Basic cooking items and Induction cooktop and utensils. The Wifi is strong for WFM purposes. The swimming pool is good and clean . Got a scooty from nearby vendor.

Airtel signal is weak there , the staff asked me to activate Airtel Wifi calling after that it was good enough for calling and receiving calls. If you have your own car , parking is outside the Resort in their parking.

stay away from this place

they lied about having a garden and room service. there is no staff at this property and breakfast is served at an adjacent property. worst place to book.

Quiet and nice location well connected with tourist locations in North Goa. Friendly caretaker and responsive host.

The place is overall good but seems to be geared to long term stays from a facilities perspective. There is nothing bad about the place per se but for short stay family travel this needs to bring in improvements. - Parking not well organized. Available but not monitored properly. - Kitchen has very (very) few utensils and only a hot plate - no LPG connection - Breakfast was really poor - when we checked in we were initially told no breakfast option and it was only confirmed after we showed our voucher - There is no view (our voucher said garden view) - Could do with some maintenance in the foliage department

No room service, No food in the hotel, Nothing to do except staying in the room, Electricity issues, AC and geyser can't use during power failure.

Loved the place. The location was excellent. Staff was helpful. Absolute value for money. Very accomadative...we extended our stay & they were very helpful.. we were also allowed a late check out which is very rare at other properties. The level of hospitality was Very impressive...
