Management manners. No replies to some of my questions, rudeness when contacting me on the day of, when I actually did not have access to the internet.
when we arrived we were immediately welcomed the staff were so lovely we felt relaxed right away

The room was a great size and advertised as newly renovated but the bathrooms were very outdated. The photos also showed these umbrellas you can relax in on the grass but that was not there.

Mar 2020My Girlfriend and I like everything out the place great location, nice view and ocean across the our room! And my girlfriend parent liked the place a lot!
The only thing is our room had floors made of wood and they were very squeaky, no privacy at all!
You got a great location but could vastly improve the place with better facilities

the room didn’t have any bedside lamps and the AC was very loud. the shower worked only very poorly.
every cafe or restaurant i ate at in the vicinity was excellent and very cheap. but the breakfast at Kesa was mediocre at best.
they also over charge for airport transport and lost key cards. the Wi-Fi is spotty at best and very slow.

Dec 2022If you’re into surfing this is an outstanding location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some restaurants nice and close by.
The room itself was basic at best. Everything inside was damp. Bathroom shower didn’t work (although once we talked to the staff they were attentive in trying to fix it) Room smelt damp and moldy. I understand that it is a tropical island and rain is a given… but they need to figure out how to dry their towels and sheets.

Feb 2023Friendly staff and accommodating in providing water boiler and mugs (not readily available in the room). comfortable pillows and beds, location ocean front, quiet-away from the street.
shower has a weak water pressure, lights are dim, incomplete basic toiletries.
