Amihan Resort

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The place was beautiful and the pool was always kept clean. It was close both to the beach and the main road.

The room was perfect. Lots of power points and a great walk in shower. There was a lovely terrace with a lounger which was enjoyable when the sun went down. just a 5 minute walk to Alona Beach.

There was construction right behind my room. I had jet lag and wanted to sleep in the morning but it was very noisy. I was offered a quieter location though. The Wi Fi worked well but there were very few cable channels on the TV. Unlit gravel roads to the resort so you need a torch when going out after dark. Very basic and limited menu in the restaurant.

The room is very spacious especially the comfort room. The place is relaxing, not noisy. Hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. It is walking distance to Molly Restaurant and other restaurants, and near the airport. It’s also a good thing they have billiard pool, my son was able to play

I just find the room lighting a bit dark, kinda hard to put make up on for girls like me, but it’s really ok, not really a problem. Also, I just hope the coffee will be free next time. Maybe in the near future, it will no longer be rough road going to the hotel and beach and there will be light post

That it was not actually close to Alona Beach as we were told that we have to walk for 10 minutes only to get to the beach but in reality a person would have to walk for 20 minutes to get to Alona Beach.

The resort is great, amenities are okay. Value for money. We had a wonderful and memorable stay

the overall ambiance was great. room, the place & room was clean.amazing staff. walking distance to 7-11, mcdo, jollibee and panglao beach.

shower’s water pressure not that strong. bathroom sink was clogged but they fixed it after we reported the problem. one of our friend’s room had an issue locking the door so they had to transfer rooms the next day. the street going to the resort is not cemented so might be an issue when it rains. also need additional street light

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the rooms and facilities looked exactly like the photos. The staff were friendly and prompt and the location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The only real issue was the power outages while staying due to recent storm damage in the area, this improved after a few days and we had continuous power most of the time.

The feeling of seclusion and privacy was on top of my priority and that was met satisfactorily.

There was a cockroach in my mother’s room upon check-in. The shower-gel and shampoo bottle were half-filled. Food menu was overpriced and corned beef wasn’t cooked or heated for breakfast.

Staff were nice, very friendly and accommodating; quickly and efficiently helped us book tours. Pool was well-maintained and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and could be easily served at our room. Room was clean, comfortable and came with a splendid large bathroom.

The resort is a little too much out of the way - it is a 5-10 min walk to the beach along not so well-lit paths. The resort only offers food delivery services in the evenings and it is a long walk to the main food strip at Alona Beach. The road leading to the resort is very badly maintained (dangerous to both vehicles and on foot) and leaves a bad first impression.

Their Jacuzzis were not working on our stay so we did not enjoy the evenings. They only accept cash. Also we saw cocroach in our bed and the washroom.

Spacious modern rooms and great swimming pools

Room is very spacious. I specifically love the bed, it's so comfortable. There's mini fridge, television, split type aircon, electric kettle, baskets for your clothes and clothes rack outside the room for drying your clothes. It's a few minutes walking distance going to Alona Beach, where night life indeed is fun. It is also near fast food chains. They have bar and restaurant. They also allow food deliveries from outside. The comfort room is also spacious. The pool is very tempting, especially at night. They also have jacuzzi. I would like to go back to Bohol and stay here again next time. ❤️

The resort has a swimming curfew of 9.30. It should have been extended until 12MN. 😁 During our stay, we encountered electricity and water shortage but it was just a short while. Maybe this was still the after effect of the typhoon last December 2021.

Do not stay on this resort, guest are asked to wash the dishes and the wife of the owner will snob you.

Disappointed at this place. Not welcoming, the wife of owner is snob and will not even greet you, not even once for the 3days that we stayed. If you ordered outside for they will asked you to wash the plates that you will borrow. The pool is dirty and noisy due to the construction
