The staff is especially helpful and friendly. Iman at the receptionist desk was so kind and generous. All the staff want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast is very tasty. I ate at all the restaurants and fishbone was the best. The beach area is amazing. You have comfortable beach chairs and a lovely umbrella. I stayed on the beach. The pool area is awesome too. It was a little to crowded for me, but if you like hanging, socializing and lots of fun then the pool is for you.

The television picture was very fuzzy. I could smell cigarette smoke from other guests in my room, but the staff came a sprayed my room for me.

The rooms are clean, the view is gorgeous. The staff are very helpful specially Mercy. She was great to us.

There were 3 restaurants two were closed during the entire stay, there were a number of bars including a pool bar, all were closed during the entire stay, there was also a kids club, which was also closed ! There was a private beach which turned out to be infested with stinging jelly fish and a sign warning you ! Even though we were only there for a week, on two separate occasions we were told that the only resturant was booked by a large party and as such we would have to have a meal in our room ! And had to pay to have an evening meal twice at a hotel adjacent on both nights This was the worst holiday that I have ever had and will never use booking.com or the Novotel ever again. And will be pursuing for a refund post haste.

The property is very pleasant and great for families. Swimming pool is big and suitable for both adults and kids. Breakfast offers quality food but a bit limited variety (still not bad for a 4 star hotel), the rooms are spacious and cozy, the balconies with swimming pool or sea view make early mornings better, the decorations and design of the facilities is well done, there are about 4 different restaurants that offer good food if you plan to stay in for lunch and dinner, check in and check out was quite smooth with no delays. Overall, it’s one of the least expensive family resorts in Bahrain that is provided a satisfying stay 2-3 night stay.

The staff need more training, they need to be nicer, and give smiles to the visitors. if you are coming here only for the beach, then don’t bother, the beach is sandy and has a nice view but the water it’s self doesn’t look clean and is below average. Room service in evenings doesn’t exist. either ask them to clean your early noon or don’t even call them cause they will not cooperate.

Small TV and no channel variety, Very low shower head, uncomfortable pillows, sound proofing, lack of sockets. Called the reception for conditioner answer was its only for suites, no cotton buds

The numbering of rooms is very bad very difficult to to find your way. Balcony and passages were dirty The worst mixed grill I have ever tasted with very expensive The toilet and furniture are very old and stained

The location is great, but it’s not matching the price especially given that the furniture is old and the TV is not even smart.

the property is clearly outdated in terms of the place and the rolls. the room furniture was old and not user friendly. also, the rolls were unbearable. what kind of spa and beach close at 9 pm!

the towels had stitch, business center was poorly set up and no wifi and the price.

The beach, the reception staffs Abo noub and Eman. Eman was helpful and friendly she helped us sort out our PCR paper at the business center.

Rooms need to be updated very old. Pillows and cartens are bad. Some staff at the buffet aren’t friendly bad Customer service. The loud sound of jet skis non stop till sunset. They need to do something about it.

With a very bad attitude At the arrival the bathroom was flooded with water with hair on the ground .. the responsivness and attitude of the staff was ever too bad. The value of money paid doesnt worth ...

Staff were good and very helpful especially the duty manager Hussein who responded very quickly to our requests in a very timely manner. He was exceptionally helpful. A great ambassador for Novotel.

The bathroom was a bit dated. It could do with some modernisation.

Staff are friendly & helpful. The garden & plants are well maintained.

Booking.com should be updated too that during Ramadhan the swimming pool is under maintenance.

when i came at 4 p.m thye told me thy told me thate ther is no room available so i have to take another room thate not the same i booked (ther was no twin bed) and when i told them what you can ofer to me becouse it is not my mistake ? the one in he riciption said that nothing to do :)

The dinner options included with the room rate is sometimes a buffet and sometimes a very limited unsatisfying food options.

Room service is not so helpfull, it needs many times to reply your request.
