Sea view rooms may not actually have sea view
Feb 2023This is a timeshare not a five star hotel. You get the room available from the owners of timeshare. If the owner shows up, they might make you change room (happens only in weekends), they make you sign a paper confirming you accept this, otherwise they do not check you in. Most rooms are not actually the one that is advertised in their ad with that amazing balcony by the sea. They are usually on ground floor so no balcony but a small patio in front, surrounded by bushes to provide privacy because the patio is right where the swimming pool is. It is not possible to see the sea because of the bushes (unless you stand up on your toes, then you can get a glimpse). When I complained, they trimmed the bushes down. Then you get a view over the pool and over the sea behind the pool (see pics for before/after). Staff was kind, I was there during xmas, it must be already difficult to work during those days and on top of that deal with a complaining client, but they kindly tried their best. I posted the pictures of the room's view before and after. I saw reviews complaining about the uncomfortable beds and run down furniture. In our case the room was comfortable including the beds, the furniture was some nice rattan furniture that looked nice and summery too. The air conditioning and the airing in the bathroom were however very old and super noisy to the point that if one uses the bathroom at night it's almost inevitable to wake up the other. As mentioned in previous reviews, couples have to sleep in separate beds so this may not be the right place for a romantic getaway. The beach area was very comfortable and quiet, there were plenty of spaces available and there were colourful fishes right where you go to water. All in all, this is a comfortable place but definitely not a five star hotel so it is definitely overpriced.

Jan 2023The size of the room was good. You get free parking near the hotel with a security guard. Beach and pool area by the hotel is nice.
All the very strict warnings all around in the room. It is notes everywhere about the huge fees you have to pay if you do this and that. It's not a very friendly way of communicating.
The air-conditioning is very noisy and has few levels to regulate.
We didn't have hand soap by the bathroom sink and went to ask for it, but that isn't something they usually have in the room..for us that was very strange not to have hand soap.

The TV connect to one of the DVD players didn’t work. The controls for one of the AC units didn’t respond.

The rooms could use an upgrade, interior is bit outdated especially for the price u pay. Went for Lunch with 10 persons and Restaurant food was terrible, while before was not the case when we ate 2 people, clearly they are not equipped to serve a big group at appropriate level.

Mar 2021The property is located right next to a lot of points of interest - Mambo Beach Blvd, Sea Acquarium, etc. . A lot of great restaurants & bars within walking distance. A diving shop, too!
The staff is fantastic, friendly and super, super helpful. I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality and their help in getting the Covid test results on time.
Roomy and comfortable suites and the sunsets...breathtaking.
Highly, highly recommend this place.

Sep 2022The place is amazing! It has an excellent location and the beach is very nice. The staff is amazing too, they made us feel like home! Specially Alejandra, she helped us with everything! I highly recommend this place. The room was really clean and bigger than in pictures.

Jun 2021The location was excellent. The private beach was amazing and it was great to be able to swim across to Lion's Dive for food and drinks. It was also very close to Mambo beach which was a lot of fun for drinking and eating. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They knew who you were without having to remind them.

Apr 2022The Hotel was really beautiful. We had our own beach and small bay, which was opened to the open water. we could book a lot of activities from the Hotel. Next to the Hotel was the dolphin aquarium. furthermore was the mambo beach 3-4 minutes to walk away. The restaurant, which is in the hotel was really good and very very nice staff. The staff of the hotel was really good and we could talk at any time with them. They helped me to book a car and to arrange that after we finished with our stay in the hotel that the rental car would drop us off at the airport. really good.

May 2023Our vacation went well since we enjoyed mini-suite with sea view terrace, both resort pools, Jakkuzi, private beach. Breakfast was great and food service met our expectations.

Nov 2022Our room was conveniently located on the property. We were close to the office, beach, and pool.
We couldn’t sit outside on the balcony because there were too many mosquitoes.
We were responsible for the doing our own dishes from breakfast, otherwise there was an extra charge of $75.00. We had to use the same sink to was the dishes in as we used for brushing teeth and washing hands and faces. A tea towel for drying the dishes wasn’t provided until the second last day of our stay. The toilet seat fell off and landed on my husbands toe. There was no kettle to boil water for tea.

Apr 2023Loved the location and the ease of getting a beach chair. Everyone who worked there was easygoing but serious about their dedication to making our vacation perfect. The pools and jacuzzi were devine. The restaurant had amazing food and especially loved the breakfast, fries and pizza. They got us a rental car that was reasonably priced and easy to extend. We had a room that faced the Seaquarium and got to watch the dolphin show daily from our balcony which was awesome. There were plenty of places to eat and shop along Mambo beach just a short walk away. I absolutely loved this resort and will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Sep 2022It's a dream hotel for family. Ample bedrooms and a gorgeous Sea veaw. Besides, there's a blue water canal with very calm waters to swim. It was my second time at the sea aquarium and I do not have any regrets.
I gave a 7 grade overall, because in the last day there were no breakfast available (it was included in my fare) and nobody at the front desk knew why and did not offer any kind of refund or voucher to take breakfast in the restaurant in front the hotel. I was in a hurry to go to the airport and payed 21 dollars for each member of my family to have breakfast in front of the hotel and, after asking for it, I've got a refund of 20 dollars total (!). Financial, expectations and time loss.
