Very close to the beach right across the road.
A few years ago, Otres Beach was a quiet cozy beach only accessible by a dust road from Sihanoukville. The whole area has changed massively under Chinese influence. Construction sites everywhere and abandoned restaurants & shops lining the newly paved street. I feel sorry for the locals having lost their small businesses.

Nov 2022The staff were very quick to help with drinks, crossing the road etc. Just a 20 second walk to the beach too
Beds were so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs dig into you. Check out was not very quick. They tried to charge me for someone else's order.

It was very noisy (music until 2.00 am and children in the swimming pool at 6.15 am) and nobody from the hotel to fix that

We had to spend 2 night in this city - whole city is under construction- which means that all the hotel area is dusty and noisy - check before you booked

Fantastic Seabreeze hotel Otres beach.
May 2022Rooms around pool are fantastic, staff great and breakfast/ food very good local and western food and was value for money. Great little place right on Otres beach boulevard.
Other hotel guests swimming and making noise at 6am, when Hotel advise guests pool should open from 08:30. Not the Hotel fault really, some morning worse than others, depends on the guests.
