Without informing the cleaning staff will enter the rooms & will start cleaning the room without any intimation to the customers.

Feb 2022The room was extremely comfortable. Great bed, spacious, huge bathroom, great hot water and powerful shower. Good range of toiletries included. Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the restaurant too. It was reasonable, yummy and a good range options. Pool looked clean too but we didn't use it as too cold.
They set up for a wedding at 5.45am outside our room and the noise woke us up.
Over priced & over hyped
Jul 2021The resort is on the main road so it's quite easy to reach & identify the location.
The resort staff is very courteous & available one one go. The food is excellent and full marks on that.
However the options in buffet is very limited. The ala-carte menu is short but trust me it won't disappoint your taste buds.
I booked the resort based on the reviews of travel blog Curly Tales but this property is over hyped when you compare the services & prices with other 4-5 star hotels.
1. When we checked-in the room was not clean.
2. Bathroom was smelling.
3. No fun activities to do in the resort.
4. Water leakage in every corner of the resort
5. It gives you more a feeling of well maintained lodge and not a hotel or a resort.
6. The price of the room is nowhere close to the facilities available.

Jan 2022The location is central and yet it has its piece of solace. The room size is awesomely big. The cleanliness was top notch. The staff was super helpful and courteous. The food was nice. The pool view from the room was nice. I would specifically like to mention the artistic feel of the property with every corner having an antique piece to look and ponder upon, amazingly done... DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.... cheers

Nov 2021I was told that I had to pay 1500 rs plus taxes to charge an electric car..
It's very disappointing to see discouragement on their part.. in fact it should be promoted..I stayed with the Radisson several times and they even did it complimentary...
The property asking 3 times the actual cost is very disappointing.
