We like all the facilities

The staff was super efficient, accomodating of our needs irrespective of the time of the day (or night), polite, and professional. The property itself is beautiful, the huts are very characteristic of Goa, the pool was great, and the breakfast buffet had good variety everyday. Both Morjim and ashwem beaches are at walking distance. Overall this was a fantastic stay at a great price.

The approach from the main road has perhaps been damaged due to the rain. Would be nice if that could be fixed.

Staff was warm and welcoming! Especially the staff serving food in room. Love the theme of white with lots of green plants!

There should be strict rules for the guests who disturb other guests at night. People in the villa next to us were screaming and shouting at 3 am in the morning and nobody from the staff stopped them.

Rooms are ok, pool is also ok, location is moderate. SPA was not functional

Restaurant has very few options, being in goa they don't have good seafood variety. On 31st night they had no event and kitch3n closed at 10.30 pm Absolute Joke.

Resort was nice but service was terrible.

Reception would barely pick up calls from the room and House keeping line was always busy.

Water quality i didn't like, it smells in cottages

The bathroom was smelly. Service was slow.
