The staff of the hotel know how to treat their guests right. Special shout out to Dev Singh and Rupesh for making our stay extra special. We loved the comfort of the room and the extra special part is you needn't actually go to Tiger Hill to see the Kanchenjunga - it is visible right outside the balcony of the room.

It was not something I did not like but a small feedback, during winter times...if the hotel provides a heater to the room free of extra charge then it will definitely be useful to the customer. And of course...the hot water runs out soon so free flowing running hot water during winters would have made our bath a pleasant experience.

The rooms are spacious very clean and quite cizy,the room heaters and the toilet is proper.....the climb up to the hotel is a little steep ,only 4 wheel drive cars can go,nice place with Mountain and rhododendron view.....about 15 mints by car from Darjeeling chowk Bazar

It's a little far from Darjeeling in Dali you need to Hore cars or share cars to reach Darjeeling, for elderly people it's a hard climb up

The property is well maintained. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming.

The location of the property is serene and little far from the congestion of Mall. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and have a heritage. The staff was super helpful and courteous.

The property is located at the top of a steep road, you need to take help of the resort to arrange a car for elderly people, who will not be able to climb. The hotel staff for that matter was very helpful and we did not face any troubles.

The hotel was lovely. Rooms were great, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel. Their food was also excellent.

The food, the hospitality, the cleanliness, the behavior of all the staff, the accommodation boasts of everything exactly the way you see it on pics...there is simply no difference in th reel vs real..

Just the approach as I was an elderly member and climbing that steep hill without a car was not at all a possibility but please rest of the facts are that it's an awesome place to come and enjoy your break

The extremely courteous and wonderful staff. Especially the manager Vedant and the other guy Rupesh. Very helpful and make u feel like home. Delicious breakfast and dinner served. Absolutely delightful service by the small set of people who work at the property.

No amenities within the property like a restaurant or a bar or any other leisure facilities. Not really a resort as the name suggests. A comfortable home stay property if you prefer a calm place in Darjeeling. Was a tad too quiet for my liking, without the buzz that you would expect in a proper resort. It was freezing cold in the 3rd week of December and a room heater was provided upon request, at a high extra charge. Its a basic requirement in a place with temperatures under 3 and 5 degrees and should have been provided. The bed mattress warmer is a plus, but of no use except while sleeping. The property is a good 3km from the main shopping street. So venturing out after 6pm to the market brings with it the risk of being stranded in the market or dependence on the shared taxi service (agility and skill is required to get into the sharing cab). The Kanchenjunga view from the balcony is really good. But honestly, that view is available from anywhere in darjeeling. Yes, its a nice balcony and maybe useful in summers to sit and view the mountains in the distance.

The best place to spend your time at darjiling with great rooms with view of the whole darjiling and good staff and especially the guy at reception is amazing. I had the best time here . Go without any hesitation! 9/10.
