Very Good Experience, even though it was near to main market surprisingly it was very pleasant and peaceful, its is very well maintained. One recommendation : if possible add few Hammock Swing :)

Keeping in tone with the rustic charm, it is in urgent need for some upgrades. the Air Conditioners are age old and leak water which causes a nuisance. The restaurant is overpriced.

The Suite Rooms were quite large . Breakfast was rather minimal, but adequate . Staff were friendly, courteous and eager to serve at your the table. Large spacious property with enough space for walks, car-park, well-kept flowering gardens and manicured lawns. The all-round green forest cover was very pleasing .

they didn't toke problems serieus enough, which made waiting for the solution.

The staff was very humble and friendly. The cleanliness was superb. Food had variety and the breakfast was timely served. The location of the property is excellent and is very close to market and all the site-seeing points. The property is designed to give retro look and feel (like old British era setup) so don't expect a contemporary setup in the room as well

There was nothing to like, just that it was close to market.

Horrible Place to stay. We booked 1 Suite, 2 Premier room, 1 delux room. The A/c made noise, Lizard in room, water bloating in basin, staff rude, no wifi, no mobile range. Cannot upload the videos or could have got great proof. To remove Lizard nobody in reception to entertain.

The property is centrally located and within walking distance to the main market. Very quite and the rooms were very clean. The staff was super helpful and prompt when called. Breakfast Buffet was limited but had enough choices for both veg and non veg crowd. We had high tea in the resort restaurant and the quality of food was excellent.

ACs in 2 of our rooms stopped working in the night. Though the staff tried to help but due to the lateness of the hour not much could be done. The inconvenience caused was promptly handled in the final bill without any hassle. Wi fi was very bad but noticed the same issue across Mahabhaleswar and in other properties we visited

The location of property is great for having a get away with family, away from crowd and pollution. Climate is pleasant, and good spots for clicking pics. Restaurant and dishes served were great. Great service from restaurant staff, namely Chandan, who even recommended us with dishes and portions which helped us a lot.

The property was not worth the amount they charge, especially the size of bathrooms. The rooms were gloomy with insufficient lighting. Have to pay more attention to maintenance of old property. Because of rains may be, there were frequent power outages, atleast twice or thrice in an hour, and still they dont have automatic power backup, leaving the guests in total blackout for upto 5 minutes at times, till someone go and start the generator manually. Wifi was not working, and had to walk to reception 4 or 5 times on first day to get it resolved, had to wait there for an hour as the staff couldn't do anything to resolve it. As it is a hill station network coverage is not there in rooms, so without wifi, we lost all means of communication. So if u r looking for a getaway, with communication cut from all outside world, you can opt this hotel. Funny thing is, after each power outage wifi will get disconnected and u have to get your id and pasword for wifi reset. Breakfast was tasty, but could have included atleast one type of juice for Rs.6000 per night which they charge. Not upto standards of hotels which charge at same level. Should look into these, as they are unacceptable for the amount they charge.
