Very nice resort, excellent for families. We travelled with a 5 year old and he was enjoying it so much!
We enjoyed the stay a lot - but was wondering why the local (san mig) beer was so expensive at the hotel (280php).

Very nice and comfortable hotel near Alona Beach. We really loved the stay, staff was very friendly and helpful, delitious breakfasts & foods in hotel restaurants. I really appreciated water & ice dispensers on the hotel halls. Deluxe room was very spacy with huge, well equiped and nice bathroom. It's very close to Alona Beach, restaurants and bars, even though the hotel was very quiet. During our stay in Philippines, we have changed more than 5 hotels. This has been almost only one which had really hot shower 24 hours a day. I'm sure, that even for quite high price of the room, we will surely come back!

The staff, the facilities, the pool, and the location were excellent. Daily breakfast offered many options and great service. We used the gym and the pool almost daily and the onsite beach was fun. Close to Alona Beach and the clubs/restaurants. Staff were amazing and we will definitely return. Highly recommended!

The staff are all friendly, accommodating and always helpful. The villa we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and was truly an oasis for relaxation. The staff thoughtfully sent refreshing afternoon snacks and in the evenings, a lovely chocolate dessert in one form or another. Truly great stay and we would definitely return again.
I hope that as more tourists will come, that the resort will open up more of their restaurants to be available to their guests.

The resort was fabulous and the staff were probably the best hotel staff I have ever experienced, all of the staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Pools and kayaking were great.
There were a few minor issues, such as some equipment in gym being out of order, no pool table, chess set or board games in game room as shown in photos, ice machines not working and much of the menu not being available on our final day.

the pools were grand and breathtaking landscape! beautiful luxury villas, felt very exclusive.
- several issues with billing which needed a lot of effort to be corrected e.g. incorrect prices in menu provided, VAT added twice. A 5 star resort should have their menus 100% correct and train their staff to calculate bills correctly

The place was clean and spacious, facilities was commendable. Really enjoyed this place.
We came back on second day and our room at 5pm hadden been made. What a disappointment after noticing the previous day that the bedsheets hadn't been changed either. The staff were surprised when i asked them to change the sheets..what standards???

The place itself was pleasing to the eyes. The food was great, the rooms were great, and the staff were excellent.
Minor thing, but the beach itself was not the highlight of the resort. Good thing the pools were awesome.

The overall experience was exceptional. The Staff are what needs to be highlighted as the most amazing part of the experience. We've even had the humblest pleasure of the Manager guiding us and showing us around the resort.
The breakfast is also worth a mention, with amazing food choices, a different buffet on a daily basis and a group of staff that always smiles.
The resort have plenty of facilities and activities to experience inside the resort including Lune Bar, the Gaming room and Karaoke! Overall an unforgettable experience.
Nothing with regards to the resort, only the weather was a let down to limit our already amazing experience.

The amenities are nice especially the play area. It is very kid friendly as well. The staff are polite.
The price doesn’t weigh to the quality of their food. The room service is slow, we had to call the front desk multiple times.

Where do I start? Let’s start from the day we checked in. There were 3 receptionists at the counter and only a couple in front of us checking in. But none of front desk staff acknowledged their next customers have been waiting for quite sometime. My first impression was Inefficient and lack of customer service which put me right off for as a 5 star resort hotel. After checked in we were told room is not ready yet, it was 2 pm, okay we just had to find our way to kill the time. After we got to our room there was a black out and there was a problem with the toilet, which took a long time to refill the tank. I called front desk to report the issue. And I was told it’s due to the black out hence the water is not pumping. Few hours later, the problem is still remaining so I called front desk again. They said they will send someone right away, it was half an hour later. They took out the part from toilet tank and cleaned it and put it back, viola, magic happened the water tank fills up water very quickly. That was just the first day.
We went to bridge bar for dinner. We asked the staff about the campaign “3 cocktails for PHP 499” which we saw on TV screens near the lift and at the restaurant where we were at, but the staff told us “sorry that’s an old offer” then left. Firstly, I was stunned by the attitude and the answer though they might honour what is advertised. But no such service at a 5 star hotel at all.
On the same day our room wasn’t made. So I informed housekeeping at 5 pm so they can send someone over. After dinner from bridge bar, it was past 7 but the room still hasn’t been made. So I called again and asked why it took so long? But, the lady on the phone just said sorry and hung up on me. That was the last straw. I have never written such a long review. Though management should be aware of how their staff treating customers. We have stayed there for 4 nights, the room charges was quite dear, but the service we received far off from the money we paid.
