Very polite and cooperative staff.

The building design is an awkward one with lift going to second floor only. We need to climb up staircase to third and fourth floor. Cooridors are very narrow. Toilet doesn't seem to be clean enough. If someone talks loud in the room, adjacent room people can hear. I had to go to the next door, knock the door and rewuest the neighbours to talk softly.

Everthing is excellent. Location, Food, Service, Ambience, Landscape, Garden. But they are limiting the hot water supply to certain hours in the morning and evening. I do wonder why are they losing their rating for this. They can easily maintain and ensure 24 hours hot water supply. Dear management, please note this.

Hotel Driver was vary raf Driver He was speeding His name sati Raj. This driver make me to throughout and he make me sick through the way from munnar to cochin .

Bathroom needs redo. Smelled..

Cottage room i booked was not great. I paid almost 10k inr and i dont think its worth because of okd infrastructure and all the appliances are okd. Even bathroom was very bad in condition. I mean not the cleanliness, the okd toilet sink and i believe the hotel management needs to upfmgrade the infrastructure to maintain high standard of living.
