Food delivery took longer than usual in couple of occasions but doesn't overshadow numerous positives

Very spacious and comfortable room. Clean bathroom with round the clock hot water.

The resto was closed. However, this is not fault of the hotel becos occupancy was low due to Covid times. However, food delivery by other restos closed this gap, staff was very accomodating. Maybe if the hotel keeps bicycles, occupants can use them to move around and enjoy.

The whole experience was nice. The staff was following the covid guidelines as expected. Property though being huge, was kept clean and staff was very helpful. The housekeeping was done when i was out of the room (they asked me before hand the preferred time and anytime i needed in particular) and i thought that was it quite nice of them. The restaurant was closed due to covid but i could order in via swiggy anytime. The internet in-room also worked very well for me fortunately. The front desk arranged a bike for me to move about. I had initially booked for 1-day but extended for a few days and had a nice time (monthly rates are much cheaper). Will defintely come again.

The pool was closed but that was due to the government guidelines which i think was good to see being followed.

The food was not so good with very little variety served at breakfast.

Superior room can be little bit spacious ...

Quite a nice surrounding with a natural setup with hen cuckoo waking you up in the morning :).

Not all the items in the breakfast are available and coffee and tea are bad. Food was slightly overpriced.

Staff was very rude and inhospitable ! The front desk was aggressive and non-cooperative. They forced me to pay even before I stayed in your property. Staff needs major re-training on how to deal with customers.
